We visited on a Sat afternoon about 3 pm. Service was very slow and building is really small. 2 of the doors were locked, finally got in a 3rd door. Food was OK, side choices are limited to 4 options- potato salad, Cole slaw, pinto beans and black beans/corn.

This was a good place to eat a good BBQ. It is small so be mindful if you have a large crowd with you. Also the parking lot is also small so there is not any room to park many people. The food is outstanding. You will not be disappointed.

We stopped in at fat boys BBQ tonight. The atmosphere was great! Everything was looked clean. Ruben was super helpful in taking our order. The manager, Alice, was our cashier. She was courteous and sweet. We were greeted with a smile. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Decent BBQ, I had a sliced brisket plate. The brisket was good, smoked well, and tender. I imagine it was a 4 oz serving for $16, the beans were good. I didn’t like the cole slaw, I prefer sweeter and this was not. My son had the brisket nachos $19. It had the chips, beans, brisket, topped with cheese. He thought it was really good.
It is a popular place, they usually sell out fairly early in the day.

The food was pretty good but the guy charged me for a cobbler said it outloud and then somehow forgot to put it in my bag or did not put it in there on purpose. I would have checked but since I heard him say it when he charged me for it I didn’t think I needed to. There was not anything else going on at that moment, so there is no excuse for my 5 bucks being completely waisted to me when I work for what little I have.

After having great food there before, took family members to eat there. Servers were not helpful at all. Every item we ordered we couldn’t get it that way. We couldn’t get the skinny plate or the one meat plate with just one rib. If we wanted ribs we had to get the rib plate, which was three ribs. I didn’t see it stated on the menu any place. We ordered something else, but that was only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it was a Friday and I didn’t see that stated on the menu either. A little one we had with us didn’t like the sides so one of the servers told us we could chips with his plate instead. He was standing five feet from the cashier, who told us his plate came with two sides, so the chips were extra. We felt rushed to hurry and order. The place was very cold and the food was mediocre at best. Our previous visits were so much better, especially in the way we were treated by the staff. Not sure we will be back.

Food had a weird smell and taste. Person talking the orders was angry with the person making food. They made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Not a service establishment. You order and get your own food and drinks. They were out of diet soda?? Growled when asked about the soda machine being out.
