We were having trouble with an app promotion and weren’t sure how it would be resolved, but the staff handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Papa Murphys on Prairie is the best! Our pizza is always ready regardless if we order a later pick up. They consistently offer coupons and rewards and the pizza is great!

I love Papa Murphy’s so it’s very disappointing for me to say the last three times I’ve stopped at this store I’ve gotten sick after eating the pizzas. I don’t know if someone isn’t washing their hands or maybe things aren’t being stored at the right temperature but the pizza was handled with clean hands and didn’t sit around it went straight from the store to my oven each time and it’s the only common denominator for why I might be sick each time.

I’ve never ordered this particular kind being the Cowboy stuffed crust deep dish. It was easy to order. It being New Years Eve Day they were very very busy.. I also ordered a Mediterranean Salad which is excellent. My order was precisely done. Was able to apply a $5.00 coupon. The meal was great!!!

The pizza is always done quickly and correctly, and the staff are polite. I’m a regular, 3-4 pizzas per month, and there’s a reason it’s always Papa Murphy’s.

I have found that PM’s pizza is always delicious and they have some fabulous deals certain days of the week. I was, however, rather disgusted at how dirty the store was when I walked in. Trash all over the floor, cheese all over the outer-counter, scraps of paper, etc.. I worked in the pizza business for 24 years, it is one thing to have a mess on the kitchen side, but keeping the lobby clean should be a priority. Customers judge the minute they walk in, and seeing this mess in the lobby made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the store. I almost asked them for a broom so I could do it for them.

My son went to pick up pizza. They had the online order wrong. Supposedly something wrong with system. Then he was told card didn’t go through first time even though it said approved, had him swipe again. Son looked at both receipts and their was a charge for both times. Employee blamed the computer system. Couldn’t get refund without a manager apparently. Bad business when you’re unable to refund a double charge. Manager on the phone said it will credit the double charge within 30 mins. Of course it didn’t. I don’t recommend coming here unless you have cash or have money to blow and don’t care. Not sure if done intentionally or not but son said it seems like it im disabled and son is too angry to have to go back for refund.

We purchase the $10.99 Tuesday special every few weeks. The staff in the store on Prairie are always friendly and they tend to laugh while making the pizzas. The pizzas are always delicious.
