I had a very disappointing experience at this fast food location. When we walked in, no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were standing there. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way, but instead we stood at the counter waiting for about 10 minutes with no service at all.
While we were waiting, we also noticed how dirty the restaurant was. The floors were gross and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It made the entire place feel very unkept and uninviting.
After standing there with no acknowledgment and seeing the condition of the restaurant, we decided to leave and drive to the location up the road instead. The experience at this location was unacceptable, and management should seriously address the cleanliness and customer service issues. Places like this give the brand a bad reputation and, honestly, this location should be closed down if these problems can’t be fixed.

Our food was amazing very delicious. Gio and Christian and the fantastic cook in the back were all super helpful friendly. Zesty sauce should be put directly on burgers. Overall experience a lot of laughs and yummy food. Who knew burger king would be so much fun?

I usually don’t write review but my fiancee just stopped by in earlier and was waiting for almost 10 minutes. Waiting for someone to take his order this was around probably 630pm or so. And when someone did come out they were complaining about a toy box and he just stared at him. He didn’t greet or apologize or anything. Just stared so my fiancee left upset. I don’t know who was working but they need to be retrained customer service.

My coworkers and I used to order whoppers for lunch once a week, after we received them cold and pink inside a few weeks in a row, we quit doing that. Today we thought we would try chicken sandwiches instead, I always order extra mayo since there is barely any on the sandwich normally. Does extra mayo really mean half a dozen heaping tablespoons? The mayo in the photo is just what fell out of the sandwich while i tried eating it. There were several more tablespoons on the sandwich itself. Good grief, can there be a happy medium somewhere? This isnt the first time this has happened, this time was the worst. Moving on to a different establishment.

I ordered a whopper jr combo. My fries were hotter than the burger. The burger was almost as circled as the lettuce and tomato. Called the store to let them know and didn’t want anything in return. The lady then acted like I was bothering her. Can read number to take survey. I called take them to read it to me and they said they couldn’t. Guess I won’t be going back!

Customer service was NOT there. After sitting in drive thru for at least 10 min after they took the card order next to us. The worker answered the intercom with a bad attitude. Then when we got to the window the worker gave us our drink then Slammed the window on my mom after she asked for a spoon without acknowledging her in a rude manner. Once we called the management afterwords she was also rude to us. Stating she will talk to him but had no other concerns or how she could have fixed it. Severly upset as well due to our drink a Chocolate milkshake came out not MIXED either.. highly upset over the common curtesy that’s part of your job has disappeared. Will not recommend this place for food or drinks neither for there common courtesy skills as those have disappeared as well
