A Lebanese bakery/store/restaurant where everything goes, totally disorganized, and in total chaos. The oregano and cheese pies are probably the best option, as they’re fresh, hot and not oily. The meat pies are an acquired taste and depend on one’s confidence in the meat being served. The ordering process is chaotic but quick and while the employees are not friendly, they are almost comical in their approach to the concept of customer service. Prices are a little high but not out of ordinary, especially nowadays.

The food is absolutely insane! I’m middle eastern myself and spend a month+ in turkey once a year and also go to the authentic restaurant and bakeries, this one reminds me of them. The food is top in quality and in taste, excellent home made products with incredible variety. I love breakfast food that allows you to eat healthy not just pork products. We got cheese and meat variety, with some spice. You cannot go wrong getting anything here, it’s all good! The staff is friendly and hard working, the restaurant is clean and professional. They have a grocery store attached to their line for people to get additional hot or cold food items. Will definitely come back again!

Their rating makes no sense. It’s not just the food that’s bad, the whole vibe of this place is off they literally stare at you weird and are very stand off-ish. they use pre made cheese manaeesh and reheat them. the fatayer had 0 taste biting into them was like biting into frozen dough. Everything there looked like it’s been sitting there for days. I was shocked they operate this way with a big location right on Ford rd but they got a bunch of kids working behind the counter giving people weird looks. Their attitude is just stand offish. just do your job and make your manushi bro. theres a lady outside there that stays right by the door asking people to pay for her stuff and they allow her to because they’re obviously benefiting from it. Seriously too bad.

Saj Cafe & Bakery is a weekend ritual for my wife and me, and they never disappoint! Their Lahme baajeen is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and authentic. Everything in their selection of baked goods is consistently fresh and flavorful.
A special shoutout to the oven baker, who is always so friendly and welcoming. I also want to recognize the young lady working the counter; even during the busy weekend rush, she remains incredibly active and greets everyone with a genuine smile. Their combined efficiency and positive attitudes make our weekly visit even better. Highly recommended!

I was introduced to this place by a close friend, and now it’s become one of my absolute favorite spots for bite-sized bakery treats that are truly out of this world! Normally, I tend to avoid Dearborn for personal reasons, but I make an exception just for Saj Bakery. The quality and flavor of their goods are unmatched compared to the other places I have tried—every bite is a little piece of heaven. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!

We have been to the bakery many times. The taste is always great and consistent. We ordered beef shawarma today. It was made fresh and tasted delicious. They have variety of baked goods freshly made. The staff is super friendly. The mine moves pretty fast as there are many staff members to help out. They also have dessert options. The food is great. The place is clean. The staff is nice. Do check them out.

Great Middle Eastern food with a wide variety. Shawarma was very flavorful and the lahmb3ajeen was made fresh to order. Sweets (3awama) were like little drops of heaven and they again had many dessert options. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great place to go to for authentic Middle Eastern food. Definitely recommend!

This is exactly what we were looking for when we thought of coming to Dearborn. This is the place the locals love. Authentic. Delicious. Friendly.
We ordered two Manakeesh: zaatar and zaatar/cheese. Hummus/grape leaves sandwich, babaghanouj and foul medames which my wife said was the best she’s had.
The food quality was incredible. The service was amongst the friendliest we’ve had in Dearborn and the atmosphere was also good.
Also picked up some Manakeesh to go, 4 for $5! Great deal.
5/5. We’ll be back next time we’re in Dearborn.
