I love Jimmy John’s! But this last visit i was disappointed I ordered a tuna club at it was delicious but they skipped on the tuna this time. There was barely any on there and the bread overpowered the sandwich. I will still go back but next time I will ask them to put enough on there to taste the tuna this time, lol.

Sandwich was made incorrectly a couple weeks ago and spoke with the store manager. Store manager wrote my name down and when I went today at 8:20pm. The manager Josh said he can’t do anything about it. They don’t wrote names down. He stood cowardly behind Jake and did not present as a manager. Totally handled the situation horribly. A manager is supposed to rectify a situation. Possibly the wrap I ordered that was incorrect could gave had meat in it like ordered and this xould have been avoided. Josh has no business being a manager the way he spoke with me. But no worries I went jersey mikes. Leaving this review was worth the 10 meatless wrap. Do better.

Normally this Jimmy John’s is amazingly fast and the food is always fresh. After waiting 45 minutes I called and was told the driver would be here in 10 minutes.. I waited in the rain for another 30 minutes for the delivery driver to drive past me… after 10 more minutes of waiting.. in the rain the driver shows back up. I’m missing a drink and all of the other drinks were knocked over inside a box. There was pop dripping out of the box. There was also a old sandwich wrapper crumpled up in the box with the drinks. Every sandwich is soggy and the ice in the drinks is melted. We order jimmy johns all of the time.. this is by far the worst experience we have ever had! I called for the second time and was placed on hold, the person never came back to the phone. I’m pissed. You jimmy johns have failed!

Freaky fast is a bust. I have been waiting an hour. Stilllll waiting… I even called and was told the driver was on the way. This location is two streets over my from office. This isn’t the first time this delivery has been as issue. Fix your processes and fix your slogan please!

When I got there, my order was not completed after being called in 35 minutes prior. Then, it took another 20 minutes to complete the order. They left out some of the things ordered, and the food was less than tasty. It was the most bland sandwich ever. Would I go back? Probably not.

On a trip. Craving a sub and I enjoy Jimmy John’s now and again. Fresh bread and fresh meats. Wasn’t busy and gentlemen took my order immediately even while having to take care of bussiness on the phone. Sandwich got made quickly and correctly which is rare these days. Was smaller college place but clean. Bathrooms were clean. All and all nice and quick service and The Vito hit the spot.

This store is a the most unorganized place ever. I will never be ordering from you guys again. Told me I had a free sandwich due to you guys taking 9000 years to deliver…. And then I call to give you guys a SECOND chance, and was told nothing was on my account. Sounds like you guys should go out of business very soon. First off, I never leave reviews on food places. But this Jimmy John’s runs so well. I was in Dayton for a college extra-curricular tournament and needed quick food on one of my breaks. I decided to go into this store and I was in there for maybe one minute. I was rung up and given my sandwich unbelievably quick. You would think my sandwich would’ve been poorly made if it came out that quick, but it wasn’t. It tasted great, it was a perfectly adequate sandwich. I didn’t get the persons name who made the sandwich, but I hope he gets a raise. He was like a sandwich wizard. Great experience.

Got my food I preordered on the app. No napkins, sub was a hot mess, oil EVERYWHERE, I pulled my sub apart searching for the avocado I ordered, went back in because I didn’t see any of it, the man was arrogant and rude, refused to fix it. Told me it was “under the cheese” and told me to bring it to him he will show me, went back to my car, used my hands again to disassemble my sandwich, found the TINIEST BIT OF AVOCADO IVE EVER SEEN. Will never go to this location again. I guess location really matters as this one is in the slums of East Dayton/UD Ghetto. SMH. Ridiculous.
