Dunno if they’ve changed their recipe or the brand of ingredient used or what but their biscuits are dry now. Kinda hard to get down. Used to love Tudors but now, if the BK up yhe road was open for breakfast I’d go there first. The people are great tho. Just the biscuits are sub par now.

The workers are very friendly when they show up for work. This particular store just makes their own hours up. Days that they suppose to be open they will be closed with a sign hung up on the door. Also in the mornings I have stopped and they won’t have certain foods ready to order. This store is in need of management . Update ( tudors don’t have any biscuits this morning and the biscuit maker took the day off!!! This place needs help bad. Update this place sucks. The store can not manage to open up when it supposed to and they run out of biscuits. How does this store manage to stay open like this

Update 1/17/2025: Owner asked me to contact them as can be seen below. There has been no response as expected. Buyer beware there isn’t much they will do in response to issues considering the lack of contact. It seems leadership is indeed an organization issue from the top down.
Stopped by after camping and noticed the usual line. Got in line and ordered to be told there was a 15m wait for biscuits. Ok fine. Waited 30m in drive thru and found out that during extreme weather this location took an off the books catering order. Front line didn’t help the line cooks, manager complained about closing early and to top it all off there are 15 other customers in the store who are all waiting still!
Terrible management at this location, not the cooks fault as the food was hot and fresh exactly like I expected. Management needs fired or retrained, that was clearly a leadership issue.

I asked for my coffee to be extra sweet at speaker then asked again before leaving the drive thru window if it was extra sweet pulled out and it was bitter no sugar at all returned the coffee inside and the staff was terrible!

I stop here every morning after work to get breakfast. I try different things every morning and every breakfast I have ordered has been awesome. Their staff is very nice. If you decide to eat breakfast here make sure to get you a blueberry muffin before you leave you won’t regret it.they are the best I ever had.

We arrived a little before 2 in the afternoon not knowing they were closing at 2. They already had the vacuum cleaner out with the power cord laying in the middle of the floor. I guess they were getting a head start on cleaning up and it really needed it. Several tables had dirty dishes on them. We were hot and just wanted some ice cream. The waitress that helped us was very courteous and friendly but there was definitely some friction in the air between her and the other waitress. The conversation should have been more private and in a non public part of the restaurant.

20+ minute wait in drive thru, not even slammed, only like 2 cars ahead of us. Food has become much smaller. Ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese flapjacks; With two coffees, extra creamer.
Sausage was burned, black on edges, and dry throughout; Coffee is burned, watered down, and the creamer is more like 1% milk.
Was here 6 months ago, and the food was great then. Portions were practically double. Not sure what changed.

Huge homemade biscuits hot and fresh with anything you could want in them, pretty fast drive thru service and the staff are usually pretty friendly. Wished they didn’t close at 2 p.m. because we could eat here any time of the day or night.
