Make sure you guys check your bill. It’s the second time it’s happened since I’ve been here. I always leave my tip cash. If you don’t, they will add it without your consent. I’m not from here. My co workers warned me about this place. I guess it’s a normal thing. Also. If they see your from out of town, be prepared to pay more.

Fantastic food great service. Some serious Midwest portions! Also at a very reasonable price. I got the deluxe fajitas, and 8 mi fill and had enough for me and my wife for a solid breakfast the next day. I’m a big dude with a healthy appetite.

Took 20 minutes just to get seated. As we were getting seated the owners son slipped on a mess right by the front, the owner thought it was hilarious, not me. Found something fuzzy in one of our dishes. Waitress tried telling him about it but he just laughed it off. He said he would take care of it, but numbers on our bill didn’t add up. There’s a McDonald’s in town,go there instead.

Never having stopped before it was time to give Tacos and Tequila a try.
The meal I ordered wasn’t even on the menu and the staff happily accommodated my order. And priced accordingly to restaurants that serve
Chicken Enchiladas Verdes w/ rice and beans.
Staff, service, food, atmosphere and prices were 5 star in my humble opinion.
Highly recommend and will be back!

Place was packed, this is usually a sign of higher quality. The servers were slower probably dealing with the full restaurant, the checkout is an issue. They take all tickets to the register and then when you pay you go up and they dig through a pile until they find the right one. Would be better and faster to have patrons carry the ticket up so that they don’t get the wrong one.

This place is so bomb! I just moved back to Nebraska about a year ago from SoCal & gosh I missed good, fresh, real Mexican food! I live almost 2 hours away & was starving post hiking in the area, saw pics & was like yes – that looks legit! So glad I stopped by & tried. Good options & menu for kiddos too, even the picky ones.
Tastefully decorated, clean, very polite & helpful staff. The chips are made super fresh & man the salsa is fantastic! I’m not big on the free chips n salsa most places, I had to stop myself to have room for my meal it was so good. Next time I’m in the area I am 100% stopping by; heck – I might even make the little trip just to have these fajitas again

We have been coming here every week since we moved here 6 months ago. The food is always delicious, the people who work here are genuine and always ask how things are, always available if you need something. My son asked for his birthday dinner to be here, and we were served the most delicious cheesecake ice cream, he remembered my son wanted to come in and wear the sombrero for his birthday, and when we walked in the door the first thing he did was tell him happy birthday. Best experience in town, good prices, and amazing food. Would recommend first before any other place in town.

We stopped here whilst spending some quality time in O’Neil Nebraska. We were promptly greeted by some fresh chips and some amazing salsa. I ordered the Burrito Imperial. This was quickly delivered to our table. My Burrito Imperial was loaded with rice beans and shrimp and chicken . It was covered in a tasty cheesy queso sauce. We didn’t get a chance to sample the tequila offerings. I definitely wish return to Tacos and Tequila if I ever make the trek back to O’Neil Nebraska.Our server was quick friendly and attentive.

The rodeo fajitas should be renamed to pot roast fajitas. One piece of chicken and some beef placed on top of lots of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, etc. The waitress never brought our margarita, so we had to take that off the bill, and she never came back to even refill water or tea. The street tacos were good.
