This is my “go-to” spot when I want a quality milkshake. I usually get the “Love It” size and get a mixture of their cheesecake flavor and either peanut butter, sweet cream, or, more recently, nutter butter.
These flavors mixed are amazing, and even though they’re slightly on the expensive side, it’s well worth it to me with such cold, fresh ingredients that usually meet my expectations. On my most recent visit, I got the cheesecake and nutter butter flavors mixed.
The person making the milk shake looked new, and she unfortunately made it too milky. It was still delicious, but it felt like I was drinking liquid rather than enjoying the delicate balance and thickness of a milkshake. I’ll definitely be back, but I hope they get it right next time.

If I could give this place a negative star count I would. Last year they refused to help my wife who is blind to get ice cream so I had to go in and get it. Then more recently I went in with my service dog in training and dude actually yelled at me that dogs are not allowed. I told him that he is a service dog and he persisted. I was not in the mood to educate grabbed my to go order and left. Will not be going back.

The ice cream soup was fantastic! All jokes aside I came out for ice cream for July 4th…come to the store and the girl helped us with our order. Not sure if the cold plate was not working or if the room is too hot. The moment she handed my waffle bowl the ice cream looked like soup. But boy…she smile at me with confidence. The cashier rang us up and ran away quickly…I think the drip of the ice cream scared her off. I had to grab the spoon behind the counter myself. That’s $25 down the drain…

Cold Stone Creamery on US1 is the best ice cream shop to enjoy a yummy summer desert! The Manager Tito is delightful and fun. I wanted a very special flavor that I’ve imagined and had been craving. So, when I told him, he created a fantastic ice cream which combined all of the flavors that I asked for; the result was simply DELICIOUS and I was super happy! Thank you for the fun, cool and joyful experience!

This Coldstone location is not what it used to be. The staff is not great and they do not actively listen to the customer. I came to get a Love It ice cream cup. I asked for two ice cream flavors and Kitkat to be mixed in. In the past, when I asked for Kitkat I normally got two pieces, this time the employee gave me one. He asked “Is this good?” and I said “Can I get one more, please?” and he added another KitKat.
I got to the register to pay, and he said, “It’s an extra $1.50”, and I asked why. He said they charge per topping. Now, logically, I could get a whole Kitkat bar for $1.50, but for one piece, that is ridiculous. I asked the employee to throw the cup away. He said, “No, it’s ok, I’ll just give you another one.” That was not the point I was making. I didn’t want the extra Kitkat, I wanted to understand why I was being charged.
I was under the impression that you only get charged if it was another type of mix-in, but not the same one. After a small back and forth, the employee didn’t charge me but I have concluded that I won’t be coming back to this location.

On maps and various websites it states they close at 10pm. I drove there and arrived at at 9:52. I wasn’t offered an apology instead the person who told me they were closed was rude about it and closed the door in my face. There was people in the lobby, seems like friends of workers. It’s misleading to say you close at 10 when you really close 30 minutes prior. That should be fixed considering the time and gas I wasted driving there.

Ice cream is delicious. Service is horrible. The younger workers need training on customer service. This would help them to know how to serve every customer in a busy workplace. This location is always crowded because they do not work together in a system. They simply overlook you and say, “I can take the next customer.” Young or not, I hope they get the training that they need.
