I was disappointed by my recent visit to Subway due to poor hygiene practices by one of the employees (Regina). I watched as the staff member handled cash, counted out change for a customer, and then immediately went back to making sandwiches — without changing her gloves.
This is concerning, especially in a food service setting where cross-contamination should be taken seriously. Proper glove use is a basic standard, and skipping this step puts customer health at risk.
I hope this location receives additional training on safe food handling practices. I enjoy Subway and would love to continue eating here, but I need to feel confident that basic hygiene is being followed.

The new manager is a great wonderful person. She has really turn the store around within the week, she has been there. The store is neat, and clean. I was talking to her about how I went in there about a month back and the old manager were telling me how they were doing away with the herbs and cheese bread. And found out the old manager was lying about it going away. The other girl working Desirae was a wonderful person also. She only been there 4 days tops and she had the great of attitude like the new manager. Truly will be going to this subway every time now.

I don’t know why I even give this Subway any of my money. Went in to order. It was the slowest service to make 2 sandwiches. One sandwich I wanted toasted but even requested it to be lightly toasted, just to melt the cheese, but the employee put it in for the full time and ended up burning my sandwich. Then the employee continued to cough in and on my food, and her hands. She didn’t change her gloves either. When it was time to put vegetables on she put the bare minimum on. Five jalapeño peppers, four pieces of bell peppers. I quickly told her I would like way more than just that which lead her to huff and puff. There is now a line forming and she’s still moving incredibly slow. Time to check out I had a coupon for “Buy one footlong with a drink get one free” but it didn’t go through. I realized this when I was double checking my receipt and I quickly went back there to fix it. By then she was already in the back and didn’t want to come out. Luckily she fixed the issue but it took another ten to fifteen minutes to fix the problem.

I asked for a footlong SANDWICH on flatbread and the girl proceeded to put half of the ingredients in and wrap it like a 6 inch burrito and gave it to me for footlong prices. I took it back and said this is not how you make these sandwiches. She said her manager trains her to do it that way. And then proceeded to stare at me and say she has no clue what I’m talking about even when I showing her SUBWAY ad pictures of the sandwich and it apparently has never been a thing. Yet the subway in the next plaza makes them correct?

The first time something is “out” or needs “refreshing” its an acceptable oops. However, I have come to this location NUMEROUS times after shopping (at different times of the day) and they are almost ALWAYS out of something. Tonight for instance, out of wheat bread (“so sorry”), she was refreshing the product and didnt bother to stop to take my order (“let me just get this done real quick”), out of meatballs (tried to microwave me some frozen ones really quick, ummm no thanks ill take a turkey instead, and she did only charge me for a meatball so that was nice), out of cucumbers (“let me get you some fresh ones”), the produce tasted incredibly old (like old red onions…yuck).
The staff always looks unkempt and dirty. Hair is not contained and clothes are filthy. It makes me question their integrity of the job and whether or not certain shirt cuts are taken behind the scenes.
Hopefully management reads this and makes a change.

Always out of meatballs for meatball subs. Twice I went there and both times their were no workers around, waiting for 20 minutes. On 1 visit the woman came in from outside & said she had to do errands while the store wasn’t busy. The my husband went the lady wasn’t going to wait on him because she was getting ready to close due to the fact she was there all day by herself and this was at 9pm the store didn’t close till 10pm. She said since he had a kid with him that she would go ahead and serve them. I will never go there again.

Ever since the new manager took over they’ve really made the place better. The staff is very friendly, the breads and meat are always in stock and the restaurant is clean and neat. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing a quick sub on the run or a dine in.

Not only does Goldie postpone opening times most days, but now she the toaster oven can never be on. I waste 10-15 minutes of my lunch at this subway Bc the employees can’t have it together whenever the manager isn’t here. So disappointed. Why announce an opening time if it’s late or can’t be ready to be opened.
