Food was great, but the service was even better. The manager Lauren was beyond helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order. She was patient and guided me to something I may like as this was my first time in. She even talked me into a Cinnabon, that turned out to be spectacular! Thank you Lauren as I also work in the food industry and know how hard it can be. Most people complain. I wanted to make sure someone knows how how much you care about your job because that is rare, especially when there was a line full of people behind me!!! Patience is virtue, and she truly showed that.

I not one to leave reviews at all .. but this Schlotzsky never disappoints .. i love the turkey original .. and they make these sandwiches so big and loaded down .. with all the goodies ; meat included .. I can’t finish the whole sandwich always save for dinner .. definitely try them out.. also they have a reward system .. if you scan your receipt you can get free sandwiches .. win win !!!!

Schlotzsky’s was used to be favorite place, but not anymore after lunch today at the colony,Tx location.
The lady at the front desk very rushing and food was burnt.
When we asked about the food why was it burnt, she replied that it is the same bread and very irresponsive.

I have been coming to this location for about a year and there is a gentleman that works the evenings, especially Wednesday nights when I come in for Bogo Pizza! He is always so delightful and helpful, the pizza is always hot and ready, and this location is on point!!

My only complaint is the odor of the old pipes upon entering. Gradually, one becomes acclimated to it, but not appetizing to walk into a sewage odor. However, I know this is common for this area.

Always end up with dark brown spots on the avocado. This makes the entire meal taste bad. Stay away from the avocado.

We were the only customers in the store (2 cars in the drive thru on arrival). Older-lady cashier was very short and unhelpful, made us repeat the order multiple times. Never said hi, never said thank you, kept talking to herself about drive-thru customers under her breath while talking our order. It took 22 min. to get the food (again only customers in the store). We love Schlotzky’s but won’t be returning to this location.
