Yum! If you’re a fan of traditional dishes like moles and other Mexican food, this is a great spot. We wanted Mexican food but not taqueria. I got the mole encacahuatado and the sauce was excellent-very flavorful. My husband (a Mexican native) said the ceviche was delicious and different than he’s had before. Excellent service.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in California. The food is always delicious. Everything is made in house with quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the love put into it.
I make the drive when I have the time because it’s worth it.
Highly recommend the Enchiladas Chilangas. Those are my favorite, and I get them any time they are offered as the daily special.
I’m currently making my way through the different moles, and so far the flavors are blowing me away because they are very well balanced. They have it down to a science.
This is a lovely, family-owned business, and I’m proud to support them because they put their whole heart into it, and they make sure everything is up to quality.

This place is awesome. Everything we ordered was so delicious. Highly recommend their grilled fish tacos, enchiladas and flan which has a bit of a cheesecake texture. Their salsa and hibiscus drink was good too.

Legit refined Mexican cuisine. We had three different moles during our visit and each was uniquely divine. Smokey, sweet, layered. Top notch regional Mexican foods, don’t miss this place. The chef has a very refined palate, I’ve tried the mole rojo, peanut mole, pipian verde, and mango mole.
All have deep flavor and you can tell it’s been cooked with love. I also appreciate they have more accessible items like burritos and fajitas. But they specialize in the guisados (stews) which come with a hearty portion including homemade tortillas and various rice and beans. Service is kind and professional and the ingredients are high quality and very fresh.
Only comment is maybe they could add some music for a more lively atmosphere.

El Milagro is an amazing restaurant in the heart of downtown Healsburg with outstanding Mexican cuisine! There are so many things that I loved about this place! We were greated with smiles and chips and salsa were very tasty! The foood is very flavorful and so delicious! The food is also vibrant and colorful! I got the fish tacos and it came with a side of beans and rice. My husband absolutely loved his meal as well and we can’t wait to come back! The food was absolutely amazing and it’s definitely worth visiting when in Healdsburg!
The service was also exceptional! Downtown Healdsburg has a mix of corporatively owned restaurants and family owned restaurants. My experience has been the family owned restaurants far exceed in service and hospitality and in quality of the food! El Milagro is no exception! El Milagro is owned by three individuals who are friends and partners and they pour their heart into what they do and it definitely shows! The people that work at this restaurant guinuinely care and it’s great knowing that eating there means you are supporting a small restaurant business! They have a location in Cloverdale and after success there, they recently expanded and opened up a Healdsburg location. For being relatively new, I guess the word got out because there were a lot of people dining at this restaurant when we went for lunch.
The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone that works there is very friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has umbrellas so you are shaded on warmer days while you enjoy your meal. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for an amazing restaurant in Healdsburg!
