Brooklyn took care of our large party Friday night after dinner. We came in for ice cream and she was calm, cool and collected, even with my energetic family ordering 8 different items. The manager is super friendly, the staff is very hard working! I will be back!

The level of service is very low, especially toward Dashers and drivers who work for DoorDash, Uber, and other delivery platforms. Sometimes staff even forget that there are active orders. This creates unnecessary delays and makes it difficult for drivers to provide timely service to customers.

I grew up always getting a DQ cake for my birthday! My family has been loving the “cupcakes” ever since we discovered them, I get them from their freezer and take them home. Today I went to this location to get a few and asked for them to make my son and I one fresh to eat in the store since you have to wait for the pre-made ones to thaw before eating. The two girls were actually SO rude when I ordered one. After they decided they would make one for us and get off of their phones, the employee cashing me out kept on shaking her head at the other girl and saying “I know, I’m sorry, I’m sorry” while I was standing RIGHT there. Not sure if they forgot it’s literally their job to make ice cream ? But the customer service has never been great here. Also they made it wrong.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. I first ordered for no mayonnaise on my burger and i got mayonnaise on it. I then ordered for my blizzard to be made later and when i went back up to get it, the two girls that were working there were sitting around on their phones. This was my worst experience here and i will not be coming back. I just wanted everyone to know how terrible this was. If i could give this negative stars i would.

If I could a negative star I would. I ordered 2 cheese coneys with no onions got home and they put onions on it. They are the stupidest employees I’ve ever seen. What the other reviewers said was true. Don’t ever go to this nasty place if u wantvthe wrong food.

Incredibly unhygienic and dirty premises. Such restaurants are a health hazard. I wish the Dairy Queen brand looks into how poorly this location is being maintained. It was disgusting to see all the rubbish lying around and the dirty toilet. Couldn’t believe this is in USA.

I thoroughly enjoy this Dairy Queen compared to any other one! I would practice close to here and my friends and I would always get Dairy Queen after practice and it was always amazing. The inside closes at 9 and no matter what time we came in they would always serve us and it was delicious. I have so many memories and laughs at this Dairy Queen. I will always and forever love this specific Dairy Queen

I’m sorry but the service was horrible. I love giving awesome reviews but it isnt possible with our experience here today. I ordered a birthday cake cookie dough blizzard for my grandson and he was given a smores blizzard instead. We asked no mustard on his cheeseburger but nope, mustard galore! We ordered a chili cheese dog meal to our surprise no cheese! The food and service was good. Will not be back.
