This place is awesome . If you had a long day want to unwind this is the place. I ordered the Honey bbq wings with fries and a Prestige beer. The food was delicious . My husband had the same thing but with a Red Stripe beer. We wanted to compare Haitian beer vs Jamaicn beer . One can taste the epis (seasoning) in the meat . They had a great sound list playing. Sevice was great and fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Customer service was horrible. Lady over the counter looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Order grio pork was dry and the friend plantations to soft, it tasted oily. Food did not taste fresh. Do you yourself a favor don’t eat there.

I called in advance to ask if they sell beef patè, they said yes, so I placed an order for 6. I got there, had to wait (which I didnt mind at the time.) Got home as was surprised to bite into FISH. I call them back and they say THEY DONT MAKE BEET PATÈ. That was wild! So I must have spoken to a ghost?! And they offered nothing to correct it. This was my first and definitely my last time there.

Order two dishes griot complete and a legume. I’m not sure if the young lady was having a hard time understanding me , but it took 2 times for her to finally catch on to what I was saying when I asked for the griot complete. She asked me what rice I wanted and I told her the black mushroom rice , Fast forward to me getting home no rice with my order, just the rice and plantains . I did not want to drive back 22mins for rice so I took an L on the rice . The legume was horrible . It was burnt and tasted like the bottom of the pot that they scrapped up. The only reason why I’m giving them 3 star is because I’ve been there previously and the food was good, but I don’t know what happened this time around.i will not be returning.

I tried this establishment plenty of times, yesterday evening was the last straw for me. They need to get someone who speaks and understand dual languages to answer their phone so they can take the proper orders. I order my food ( over the phone) the guy repeated my order back to me 3 times ( From there I knew it was going to be a issue) every time was something wrong with the order. I gave him my name and he said 15 minutes, Instead of 15 minutes, I went to pick up my order in 30 minutes, I arrived and waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes because they couldn’t find orders from prior customers that were in line ahead of me. my turn, I told the young lady my name, what I ordered, and what time I placed my order. She walked in the kitchen 3 times (back and forth), then came and said I don’t see your order, yeah, I know you don’t see it because you just gave my order to the young lady who just walked in and placed her order and gave away a meal so fast and the young lady replied “it’s ready already”. So she thought that she was going to retake my order and have me waiting another 45 minutes. I politely walked out. Never will be spending my money there again. Poor service l!

Food was old , and it shows $10.95 for griot but they charge 13.95 with out any knowledge.. will never order anything from them , also while I was sitting seen Bugs on counter. Old lady was using bathroom was the cook and came out with dry hands and started cooking . I walked out and trashed my food , thanks but no thanks.

I’ve gone here multiple times to see if maybe it was an off day.. I have finally given up with this restaurant. It’s always a hassle to even place the order with someone on the phone.. then the food is poor quality, chicken is not cleaned before cooking, and legume is always burnt.
