Food freshly cooked had chips and salsa as a starter. The green salsa is definitely spicy and red salsa was perfect was a little spicy. My meal was Street tacos they were delicious asked for more than two limes and was only brought two. But was still delicious! My husband had a plate of Gordita chicken with rice and beans he loved his meal as well. All freshly cooked and the waitress very kind! It’s a nice little place is in a secluded area and was not packed on this wendsday afternoon.

I ordered the Caldo De Res & it was absolutely delicious! I recommend it. The broth is very clean & clear. You can taste the essence of everything that was cooked into it. I normally prefer the red version but these guys really nailed it. There aren’t too many spots here in corsicana that serve the green version of this dish. There were many tables so there is a lot of space inside. Also the waitress was very kind & respectful. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Cabana has the BEST rice . So light and fluffy, no weird veggies. I have only gotten the birria tacos, and they are always fantastic. Juicy, a little crunch on the shell and tons of flavor!

Very pleased with the taste of our food. Ibwas pleasantly suprised to see how clean and kept it is on the inside. After reading g reviews I expected wore. Food is on point. Rice and red salsa could use improvements. The egg a la Mexicana and pozole are amazing and would recommend.

My favorite spot ! I moved to Texas from New Jersey and it took me so long to find good Mexican food which was surprising to me, I assumed good Mexican food would be everywhere in Texas. I had basically given up & my friends invited me to La Cabaña to eat, and I was so amazed. The menu had so much to choose from, and the food was so delicious and tasted so authentic. I am becoming a regular here as I started going once a week ! The prices are also so good and you get so much food. Whenever I know I am going to eat at La Cabaña I know I will have a great day. The waitresses are always so nice and the food always comes out quickly. Definitely the best place to eat in corsicana.

Most authentic food I have found so far. Absolutely loved it! Husband got the mole, and I got the street tacos. Flavor was great, the salsa was addictive as well as perfect heat. Service was amazing as well. Nice and friendly, and on top of it. Will definitely be back.
