Great customer service!! Staff were very attentive and friendly. Good portions and reasonably priced. I got a cup of chili (Way better than Wendy’s) and the Mama’s Meatballs sandwich combo meal!!!

First timer. I had the sweet heat bbq sandwich and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Staff was welcoming as well. Not crowded, actually I was the only one in there during that moment and the only reason I don’t give 5 stars it’s because I was looking to dine in but most of the tables were occupied by catering orders. Everything else was great. Good place indeed.

I frequent potbelly’s as they make delicious sandwiches. The is particular location is my favorite. It’s close enough to the bustling Rice Village, but far enough away that it doesn’t feel over crowded.
The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s another location not too far from this one, and I’ve never felt a welcoming vibe like I do at this location.
There are plenty of classic and signature sandwiches to choose from. You can choose white bread, multigrain, slim (less bread), and loads of toppings. The sandwiches are assembled as you order, and are then out through a toaster oven. Each sandwich is tightly wrapped in wax paper and slipped into a slim togo paper bag. You can also get salads, soups, sides, and incredible desserts. There are cookies, dream bars, and amazing handspan milkshakes.
Some tips:
Join the potbelly app. You can earn points, but more important, there are frequent deals and discounts. Quite often there is a BOGO code. On your birthday you can get a free dessert, and you should ALWAYS get the desserts.
This is by far my favorite sandwich chain, and this location is one of my goto spots. You should definitely swing by!

This is one of the best Pot Belly’s in Texas! I favor the one in Ft Worth but scouted this location and it was excellent! Jay was patient and helped me put together the perfect sandwich! And of course the oatmeal cookies are always the best!

We came to eat here tonight and had a mixed experience. Valerie was very kind, welcoming, and even made a delicious suggestion for my sandwich, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the other employee working with her was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This is the second time we’ve encountered her, and we haven’t had a good experience with her either time. It’s disappointing because Valerie provided great service, but the negative interaction took away from the overall visit.

Unfortunately, the service I received from one of the employees was very poor. From the beginning, she showed a lack of professionalism, an unfriendly attitude, and little interest in providing proper customer service. I did not feel welcomed or treated with respect as a customer.
I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but that does not justify rude behavior or an unprofessional attitude toward customers. Customer service is a key part of the overall experience, and in this case, it was completely disappointing.

Very disappointed! I always come here after the gym to get a good healthy appetizing salad. I ordered the farmhouse salad and the lettuce was so dry, the cucumbers were tiny and sliced so thin they just melted in my mouth. Eggs were the same way, terrible. Seriously, you can’t be saving that much money by making those changes. I literally used my own lettuce and some of the toppings, and don’t get me started on what was supposed to be chicken. I’ll have to find another fave to go to post workout. Thanks to you , I certainly won’t be getting a potbelly no time soon!

Potbelly actually has great sandwiches. I’ve been looking for a fast sandwich place that hits the spot when you’re just craving a good sandwich for lunch and this place delivers. The bread is crispy and flaky, and the meats are high quality. Lots of free toppings too. Biggest drawback is the Zappos chips rather than a different brand that packs more flavor.

This is a great place for a quick sandwich, the food is delicious and they have so many varieties of meat and toppings . You can pick and change anything you would like . The customer service is great and have quick service ! I personally tried the tuna sandwich and pizza sandwich and they were both delicious.

I ordered food from here on Uber Eats.I ordered the original wreck,The cup of chicken pot pie And some chips and a sweet tea. My sandwich is mostly bread literally little to no meat. The meat only covers the middle of the sandwich. I have pictures of the bread with little meat sandwich I should call it. I ask for sweet tea not Arizona sweet tea with lemon flavored brand. The soup will need some chicken in it . I got a few mini pieces out the cup of chicken pot pie. I usually ordered from here in person and all the time my sandwich was good and had meat on it. They didn’t even put my condiments on the sandwich( the Lettuce,pickles,mayo,etc) I guess since they are being watch by us the customers they will put meat but since I ordered it they can do whatever. My meal was no cheap at all and uber eats doesn’t offer no time of help on this order at all. I hope to receive an message on the review to get my problem solved Thanks
