Mr. Will at Cold Stone Creamery is awesome! He greeted me with such a friendly smile and great energy as soon as I walked in. He took his time helping me pick out flavors and mix-ins, and you could tell he really cared about making sure everything was just right. My ice cream looked (and tasted!) amazing. It’s not every day you get customer service like that—Mr. Will really made the experience fun and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him!

I am a dasher and this is the second time I have to pick an order here and wait for over 20 minutes with the store having only two clients in line. The level of DISRESPECT by the same employee towards ME twice is incredible. The customers before I arrive were treated with kindness yet the moment I arrived I was treated like garbage and on a racist manner for some reason. If you are a dasher , DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE.

I was really excited to bring my kids for an afternoon treat, so my family and I stopped by. While we were waiting in line, the employee suddenly shooed us and everyone else away, saying they were closed — even though it was only 3:50 p.m. and the posted hours online say they close at 5 p.m.
There were only three families in line, and he still took the order of the man and his children ahead of us while telling the rest of us they were closed. Nothing had been put away yet, so it felt very unprofessional and disappointing. I completely understand everyone has off days, but better communication and consistency with customers would go a long way.

Worst experience ever. Icecream was given already melting, I mean while paying but I really wanted it. They were potty of products and there was a paper towel torn up in my Icecream. When I went to ask the guy about it he said we put it in to layer the Icecream ( bad description but he didn’t fully speak English, this was the manager too). Didn’t offer any apologies, to remake it or a refund. Just walked away.

Just went to order ice cream and the man behind the counter had so much attitude when I went to order my ice cream threw his hands in the air, turned around and just had so much attitude and when I asked if there was a problem he just replied with “na your good” with an attitude and then even refused to give me the managers number so I could make a complaint. I guess they just hire anybody now a days.

Linda B. has shown a complete lack of professionalism both times I encountered her at this location. During my first visit, she made a sarcastic comment about my Doordash pickup, treating it like an inconvenience. On my second visit (today), she asked for my name, shrugged without any effort to assist, and then ignored me completely to flirt with another customer who arrived after me. Then instead of focusing on her job, she stood around gossiping with a personal friend who had come into the store. I placed my order an hour early to avoid delays and still had to wait while being treated disrespectfully.
Chloe, on the other hand, consistently provides excellent service and deserves recognition for her professionalism. It is also concerning that Linda B. was dressed in a way that looked unprofessional and unsanitary, which is completely unacceptable for food service. After this experience, I will not return and will advise others to avoid this location as well.
