Amazing every time!
The goat, the aloo paratha, and the bitter chicken was very good!
Atmosphere is clean but very bright. The side of pickle was so umami! Def a must try when in Medford.

Namaste had good food and the people working there were very nice. We went at noon on a Saturday hoping to try their lunch buffet but it was closed. We ordered a few dishes and everything had really pleasant flavors. The portions and quality were fine and prices were comparable to similar restaurants in the area. There were only two other parties seated when we were there but they did seem to have a steady amount of order pickups. They were quick to take our order and the food came out quickly but after that we didn’t see a server in the dining area and no one checked on the food or water. We did have to find someone to ask for a take home box. As far as I can tell they don’t bring the check to the table, you just have to go to the host and check it when you’re done. They have good vegetarian options.

I will go ahead with overall 4* purely due to the management. The food easily exceeds the expectations and really tasty. However, the management needs to employ more people for such a busy restaurant. We have visited back to back to nights and had same experience. There is one lady (who is really awesome and doing her best) managing 40+ guests and there is another person who is balancing between the kitchen and dining. This all ends up with long waiting, order misses and overall chaotic situation. Unfortunately, with over 80 degrees outside, the management decided not to turn on the air conditioning as well.
Hope they read my comments and take some actions to serve customers better.

Always delicious food, and their samosas are a fantastic to-go option (anything else is also well done for to-go, we just really like the samosas). The vegetable samosas are nice and crispy, just a little spicy, with potatoes and peas and they’re very filling, too. It’s a great place for some vegetarian options. We’ll usually get a few samosas for lunch. I like the fruity red sauce they give you for free with them. And free sauce is always nice.
We’ve tried a few other things from there, but the samosas are definitely our go-to favorite. The service is always prompt and polite, too.

Worth every penny! My eyes rolled to the back of the head when I took my first bite. I absolutely love Indian food but Namaste provides a warm hug through their food. I got the Chicken Korma, Garlic Naan, and the Mango Lassi. Delicious!

Authentic Indian food in Medford. Food was extremely good and came out quickly. The naan bread was fantastic and a great addition to the overall dinner. The butter chicken was amazing and definitely hit the spot! Service was okay, we were the only ones inside and service was a bit slow. The inside of the restaurant is okay, nice music and a slideshow on the TV. Inside the Woolworth building!

The food here is delicious! Huge servings, too. I get 2 meals out of every entree. The fact that they have gluten-free nan is much appreciated, and it’s delicious, especially with all the garlic and cilantro. Yum! Our server was the antithesis of dynamic, but he took good care of us. We were the only ones eating in that night, but it was a Tuesday, so I’m not surprised. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining in and takeout.

We were greating and served by a guy wearing a baseball hat, that refused to smile or be personable. Little things, here is your beer and soda in a can, didn’t offer to pour it in a glass. Seemed like maybe the server didn’t want to be there or was late for a 7-11 shift.
Overall the place looks a bit edgy, just some tables thrown up, with no design in mind. No atmosphere, which at today’s dining prices is kind of amazing.
Food was ok, presentation ok.. 2 people out the door with tip $72, first and last time.

As a South Indian expecting authentic Indian flavors, I was quite disappointed. The pulao was poorly made, and it seemed like they just added chili powder when we requested spicy food. Regardless of the curry you order, it’s the same gravy with different pieces. The onion pakora was decent, but the chili pakora was basically the same, just with chili inside. Overall, the taste definitely doesn’t justify the price.
