Just know that when you order Subway for Delivery, all this shop does is make the sandwiches in your order then slap it on the table for doordash. no sides, chips, drinks… none of that makes it to your driver. This is twice now this place has done this – this specific Subway. Whoever that manager is, she don’t care about anything. And to boot, only 2 out of 7 of my choices for my sandwich were added to the sandwich. So that’s super cool as well. This place sucks.

Ordered delivery and it said my order will arrive tomorrow at 4am. They’re not open until 9am. Called to ask about it and employees were no help. Couldn’t cancel my order and had to go through doordash customer support to do so (when I ordered off their website, mind you.) Didn’t pick up when I called back looking for a refund. Essentially took my money and ran. I want my $50 back.

I have to say this sandwich has to be the worst. The bread was hard and tasted stale, I had ordered mayo and both sandwiches were dry. I will never order through the online app again nor will I order period. Jimmy John’s has my business from now on. It’s a shame these sandwiches were disgusting and the price i had to pay for something I couldn’t even enjoy!

My family hasn’t visited this Subway in over a year. Our experiences here were so bad that we stopped coming. I decided to give this location a try last week and I’m so glad that I did. Taylor, the new manager, is professional, has a great customer service attitude, and you can tell that she takes her job seriously. Great job to whomever hired her! Hopefully she’ll stay on a long time. If not, she will train other employees her work ethic and the person in charge of hiring will continue to hire people who can and will give this Subway a continued great reputation, not just hire out of need for employees or feeling empathy towards someone whose life is in shambles or doesn’t care about a fast food chain job like all the other fast food places in this area. Kudos to Taylor! What you do definitely matters! The only suggestion I have is to buy some umbrellas for your patio and wipe the patio tables off every hour or two. With fall coming, patio dining is a nice option. We ate on the patio with our small dog and it was nice out today with a great breeze.

It’s been a few months since we went to this location. The service and the way the food was made was terrible. We thought we would try it to see if things changed today And boy did they!! Kudos to the staff that was working today! Not only was the customer service fantastic but the food was amazing! We got exactly what we ordered and I feel beyond that somehow lol We definitely appreciate the change and will be going again very soon!

My wife and I came in and only one person was working the counter and this young person. Her name was Amera, was absolutely rocking it. She made us amazing sandwiches. She took care of the folks in front of us and just kept pace like a champ. Our sandwiches were excellent.

Ordered on the app sandwiches weren’t ready toppings requested weren’t on it asked for them to be cut because they weren’t footlongs they weren’t and one tasted like salt and my footlong flat bread wasn’t wrapped correctly so two people couldn’t split it if they wanted to worst experience I will not be visiting again

I will NOT patronize this Subway location again! I stopped in this afternoon about 1:20 PM and the two young people working there were beyond unfriendly – just outright sullen. Neither one smiled or greeted me. The young man never spoke to me at all and the young lady, who hardly spoke at all, haphazardly threw my sandwich together, not putting the toppings on evenly. I had to ask to have the sandwich toasted; she didn’t offer. The work surface was very messy! It desperately needed wiping! The lettuce was old and rusty. I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything else. After paying for my sandwich, the girl didn’t hand it to me. I had to reach over the counter and pull it toward me. There are several other Subways in the Fort. I’m willing to drive a bit farther to get better service.

We ordered our sandwiches through the mobile app. We arrived at the time that our sandwiches said they would be done and they hadn’t even been started. Okay, maybe they’ve been busy. A few minutes later, they say that they don’t have the bread we ordered. Okay, that happens, we choose an alternative. Finally, our sandwiches come out. We pull them out of the bag and they aren’t even wrapped on the end. Great, now half of my toppings are falling out of the package. Open the wrap and this is the sloppiest sandwich I’ve seen in a long time. Half of the toppings aren’t even on the sandwich. Go to pick up the one half and it’s not even cut all the way through, so even more of the toppings fall out. Finally get around to taking a bite and they put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. It wasn’t worth the energy to go back and ask for it to be remade.

Terrible service. I walked in and there were no customers in the restaurant and there were 4 to 5 people standing behind the counter and not a single person even acknowledged that I was in the store. No eye contact no hello no nothing. One girl was working on a drive-through order and the rest of them were just standing around or chitchatting. I waited for 3 to 5 minutes and then walked out without ordering a thing.
