Love the food at subway. Came in a good mood. Didn’t include a tip and I didn’t get a “thank you have a good night” or good night at all,I said “have a good night” *silence*. If you do not include a tip these demanding workers will shun you for not leaving a tip for doing the job they’re getting paid to do.

This place really has gone down hill. Went to order online but it was down. Went to the store but they were only accepting cash. Jersey Mikes it is I guess.
Then today. I ordered online. It said to pick up my order at 6:50. We get there at 7:00. They still haven’t even started on them and all three employees were in the back messing around. They saw us standing there but continues doing what they were doing. Finally we were asked if we had an online order. I told them yes. Ismael seemed very confused. He walks away while the new guy starts to make our order. Time to wait….
Towards the end of what I was assuming to be someone else’s order based on what topping they are putting on the sandwiches, Ismael finally comes back out and starts to help make the rest of the sandwiches. He puts them in a bag and hands them to me. Since I had watched them make the last part of the sandwiches, I knew they were wrong. And when I mean wrong, all the sandwiches were exactly the same. They were toasted when they should be, tomato’s and jalapeños, onions on all of them when none of us had that. They weren’t even close. I told him this as I’m talking the bag. Ismael didn’t even really seem to care. I opened all the sandwiches for him and told him to compare to what I actually ordered. On top of that, I told him we were still missing a 6”. After taking the sandwiches back and agreeing that they were all wrong, he asks if I want him to remake them or get a refund. Are you serious? Jersey Mikes again for the win. Subways used to be awesome but they hire new people and throw them on the line with minimal training. Then they leave them unsupervised to figure it out.
I guess if you go in to order you will be Ok cause you can watch them make them. I order ahead usually to avoid the lines.

Disrespectful Service and Overcharging at This Subway Location
I usually enjoy getting the protein bowl at Subway — it’s affordable and satisfying. But my recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. The staff member making my food was rude, short, and clearly bothered by any requests I made, even basic ones like extra onions or pickles. She seemed to count each item, adding just 2 or 3 pieces, despite me clearly asking for “extra.” Her attitude was cold and borderline hostile.
To make matters worse, she overcharged me, ringing the bowl up for $12.60 when it’s normally $9.69 (confirmed by calling another location). When I returned to address the issue, she casually said, “Oh, we were looking for you — we realized we overcharged.” Yet instead of taking responsibility or offering a comp like many businesses would for their mistake, she refused to do anything beyond giving me the difference in change — all while continuing to be dismissive and defensive.
I even have the interaction recorded because I was so surprised by her behavior.
Subway, I hope you see this review. Good customer service means owning mistakes and treating customers with respect. I won’t be returning to this location unless something changes.

This location has seriously gone down hill. Must be “D” students that work here because they put the minimum of every ingredient you ask for then when you ask for more for it to be a decent amount of the ingredient they tell you its more money. Most bare subs ive ever seen and I dont want to mention the meatball sub I turned down. Its crazy how far down subways gone. Will never be back to this location. I’d rather eat jersey mikes crap sandwhich!

Incompetent staff, cannot follow instructions, gets orders wrong constantly, does not include entirety of order in bag for mobile pickup. Staff either needs INTENSE retraining or they all need to be fired. This is unacceptable.

I just got the best service at this location. I ordered 2 12 inch subs and both the employees working were super helpful and accommodating. They did not make me feel rushed nor did they seem bothered by my request! Unfortunately I did not get their names but I just wanted to acknowledge the fact that they are doing a fantastic job and it does not go unnoticed!! 8-8-25 @ 8:20pm

Food was good as always but employees are horrible! 3 men just talking bad about their customers instead of taking my order. Received a phone call and completely dismissed the fact that people were walking in trying to order and took 10 minutes just to pay for my food. They have no good customer service.

I’ve always loved subway so when they opened a store here in cibolo i was very excited for the possibilities. typically when a store is new everyone is still in good spirits and the store is usually clean and the service is better. Not the case here. I’ve had more then several issues here at this location, i work in the restaurant industry so im pretty understanding when it comes to mistakes and even occasional attitude due to stress of the job and what not. hense why i kept coming and giving them a chance to be better because i truly believed i was just going in on the wrong days/shifts. But at this point ive had way too many issues and not one has been addressed or taken care of. I’ll go ahead and just list one of my most recent experience in this case so i dont make this too much longer then it already is. a little less then a month ago i went in just to get that 6 inch deal of the day, upon arriving i was met with a bad attitude as soon as i walk up to the line to order. “what do you want” in a rude attitude is the first words the team member spoke to me, moving on i did explain i wanted the deal of the day and he just nodded and started to make my sandwich, once finished he rung me up and it came out to closer to $13. the deal of the day is 6.99 so i asked why it had came out to so much, he had said that i didn’t chose the right sub of the day which i don’t understand because i had asked him what it was and he said it was a tuna that day so that’s why i had ordered it, i look up to see that it was a bmt. at that point i was tired and i had just got off work and didn’t want to argue so i just went with it, i then added 2 cookies for my sister and i, it brought the price up to about $16, i went ahead and handed him a $20 bill. he then put the 20 in the drawer and closed it immediately. i stood there waiting for my change and he looked at me and said “did you need something else” i then responded with “oh yes sorry my change” he then rolled his eyes and sighed and opened the drawer and handed me the $3 he owed me but not any of the change i was owed as well. i had wanted the change back so that i could tip but ended up leaving upset because of the experience i had. i understand it was only $3 and some change but the amount wasn’t the issue the issue i had was him not even offering it and just assuming he would keep it? i wonder how often he does that and gets away with it, it’s definitely unfair to the other employees who have to share tips with him and he’s getting extra by sliding it in the cashiers drawer and probably taking it at the end of the night. i just felt that wasn’t right and sneaky of an employee to do. i hope management sees this and takes some direction to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen. it will be my last time going to this location.

Went in at 7:45pm and all the chairs were on tables, and wanted to dine in-but some girl comes out from around the corner and tells us to leave because the lobby is closed and confirmed that yes they’re open until 10pm but not the lobby.
