Ive been going to this place for years now, but recently the older hispanic ladies that are there are just RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They will give you attitude and hand you the food snd drinks with really dirty looks on their faces. Everyone else is always so nice. Idont understand whats wrong with those 2 ladies. Manager deff needs to have a talk with them or have them replaced! No one is FORCING them to work there!

Twice now I’ve ordered for pickup on the app and both times I get there 20 min later and the order was “cancelled.” Then to make it worse, it used my 20% off coupon (my order was $60 so it’s a big deal) even tho the order didn’t go through so I couldn’t get it to work.
Nobody cared , crap attitudes every time.

I was really excited to try the new grandma sundae but unfortunately I’m allergic to nuts. I asked the staff if this item contained nuts and the man said “yes”. I asked could they remove them and they said no as they are all throughout it. Well I looked up the ingredients upon leaving just to find out there were no nuts. I only went to McDonald’s for this specifically and I pretty much wasted gas due to staff not being knowledgeable of their products.

Says opened 24 hours walked in at 12:55am all the staff were there but refused to serve while the sign says opened. The light was on too, but looked like they just didn’t wanna serve us.
