I loved it today. Everything we had was flavorful and seasoned well. Fried Catfish good crisp exterior with soft flaky interior. Spaghetti is excellent. All the sides ! Cabbage, best yams I’ve had. Mac-n-cheese excellent perfectly seasoned green beans.
The absolute stand out was the pork chop, moist thick cut thin breading but that pork chop itself was flavorful all the way through!

Took almost an 45 mins to get food because my food was given to another customer. My catfish was greasy and could tell grease wasn’t changed. It east 2hrs before close but they ran out of the sides I wanted. Fish was salty and very dark. Really don’t know why people are not honest with post. I will always be with mine. It might of been a bad day today for the 1 cook and server.

I had an absolutely amazing first-time experience at Sweet Treat Lady Cafe! From the moment my stepmother and I walked in, Ms. Jennifer, the owner, provided such a warm and welcoming environment. She’s incredibly personable, and you can truly tell she takes immense pride in what she does and everything she has to offer.
The cafe itself was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and very accommodating. We both ordered the catfish plates, which came with delicious shrimp, hush puppies, and French fries. The portions were perfect! I highly recommend Sweet Treat Lady Cafe to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a wonderful atmosphere.

I absolutely LOVE this place! During my visit, they had a nice r&b playlist on and I had some turkey necks with rice and yams that were so SO GOOD, I haven’t had cooking like this since my momma was at it, and it was reasonably priced! I’ll be back!

Had the turkey necks today, very flavorful and tender, the yellow rice was a bit overcooked but the gravy made up for it. The corn and yams on point as well. The cornbread taste like cake . Very satisfied

Very good fried fish, the fries were excellent, double fried with spices in the breading! Don’t forget to get a dessert as well, I had a lemon cake and it was very tasty. Everything was fresh made.

My people My people..Can’t give everybody a shot..Me and wifey decided to give this place a try..Walked in at 12:30PM ordered 2 fish plate, 2 pork chop plate at 12:35..It’s now 1:50 and for us to have patience that long was already unusual for us, so I get up and ask the guy behind the counter how much longer will it be for our order..The lady who took the order came out and said since the pork chops are so big, they just now starting our order..Me knowing wifey, I took over and said ma’am can we please just get a refund..So we sat for a hour and 10 minutes for nothing and didn’t even get an apology..That’s why I don’t give a damn about black businesses now, that problaly would have been $56 dollars wasted anyway..I’m sorry, but that’s not a place to stop at, unless u got time to waste and much patience..NEVER EVER AGAIN..Stopped at Jack n the Crack..
