Your location has a young lady in drive thru named KAREN, she has the nastiest attitude with customers. My uncle ordered something that was a little higher than normal so he asked what was the price for a different size immediately this young lady started puffing hard like he was bothering her then when my uncle asked her what is wrong she replied I can just give you a refund…Really WHY IS SHE in the drive thru if her attitude is like that. Maybe she needs to be cleaning the lobby, bathrooms and taking out trash with that trashy attitude if she doesn’t want to deal with people doing customer service!! I have over 20+ years in customer service and never seen someone so rude

Great indoor playground. Nicest Burger King I’ve seen so far! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kodie helped me create my perfect whopper and they even helped serve the food to us! Will definitely be back!

When I walked in, there were NO other customers. I could see BK employees all talking to each other just in line of sight.
They might have had some kind of issue they were all discussing, but it took a long while to have someone approach me. This employee- a female I think- stayed on her cell phone, never looked up at me.
I told her “I don’t see one but do you serve grilled chicken salads?” To which she replied “We don’t have salads here”
So I ordered a chicken sandwich and a medium chocolate shake. She had not yet put my sandwich order in the register, she was still on her cell… without looking up she said “yeah, we have shakes but the machine isn’t working”. I said ok, cancel my sandwich and forget it thank you. I walked out.
In all honesty, she may have been using her cell to report the shake machine being out… I don’t like to give bad reviews, but not making eye contact or perhaps apologizing for the inconvenience I feel was inappropriate. The facility WAS clean, and there were no other customers inside. The drive-through window had several in line however.
The questions below do not apply since I ended up not ordering anything at all. My order WOULD have been take out.

Update: dogs to the vet today and back for yummy chicken nuggets. The window was down (one dog excited and barking) and the cashier saw happy tongues-a-waggin. She gave me a small cup lid of ice cream to share between them, and the baby nearly fell asleep eating it. Thank you Burger King . You are the BEST ❤️!!

Took three times to get the order right , drive thru employee rude , basically slings your card an receipt at you .. No thank you or comeback again .. It’s always this way on the weekends for sure .. This female employee is the worse the last three times I have been there on the weekends , definitely mad she is having to work. Going back to jack in the box .

Fantastic customer service from a very sweet lady. I wish I got her name but she greeted us the moment we walked in. The restaurant was extremely clean in both kitchen and dining are. The only compliant I have was I wanted a plain burger and got all the toppings instead but from the good experience I wasn’t too offended.

we had ordered a large moca iced coffee and when we were trying to get the lady’s attention at the window, she cut us off saying they added the syrup in there when we were gonna ask if this was actually a large. she had Said that they had rang us up for a medium when this wasn’t even a medium it was a small. The syrup was also not even inside the drink like she had said. rude and unreliable service

Every time we go there is a problem. I went to pick up a 40$ order that i requested sauces for and they weren’t in the bag but I couldn’t even ask for them because all of the employees including the manager were arguing at the drive thru window right in front of me. One employee was holding my food in his hand with the window. open while all of them argued and the manager finally told the employee to give me my food. I checked my order still at the window and went to ask for sauce but at that point i was embarrassed for them. Like i couldn’t believe they were all arguing in front of me. they were saying no I found it no i did no no no and with the manager. I still can’t believe it at least today all my food was there just sad that the tensions are intense there for everyone.
