Super friendly staff; It was my son’s birthday, he was super excited about it. The staff gave him a a free cake. The shaped The whole order as a cake. A member of the staff gave him pocket money. He was incredibly happy. I am grateful to the kind staff. I did also notice they keep a separate knife for those who don’t order meat toppings.

Just ordered from this store. Driver never arrived. Called them and was given attitude on phone stating my address does not exist. Confirmed it does exist. Delivered a stone cold pizza. Don’t waste your money on this place!

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. When the delivery driver pulls up he practically tries to force me to tip when I had originally thought that I had included it online and then when I get back inside my home, the whole pizza looks absolutely disgusting and it’s not even the correct order, when I tried to call back multiple times they blatantly ignored my calls. I was calling around 8 PM and they didn’t close until 10 PM so you know they were blatantly ignoring my calls . When they did finally answer, they informed me that they would send someone else to replace my pizza they never came. This place is trash and beyond unprofessional do not eat here they will tamper with your food.

The person that runs the store during the day is so rude. Instead of fixing my food and taking care of the problem he always says I need to speak to the manager that’s conveniently never there. Why should I have to wait on the manager, especially if they’re not in until the next day? I guess I’m just supposed to accept the pizza with no sauce when I asked for extra sauce. That defeats the purpose.The person that makes the pizza seem like they just throw cheese and meat on the pizza with no sauce. I think that’s nasty. If i wanted cheese pizza I would’ve asked for it. They used to be so much better. I’m very disappointed. If I’m paying money for something I want it done right.

I Had a difficult phone conversation with Gabby* due to an incorrect item that we received (ordered for delivery). She was very rude and difficult to understand due to the thick accent and extremely unhelpful. After receiving the nasty treatment, I asked to speak to a manager and she slammed the phone candy h the phone call to finish. I had to go in person to speak to the manager and have my error corrected due to this unprofessional treatment.

It’s a dice roll if the drivers pay any attention to the delivery instructions you give.
Heaven help you if there’s ever a problem.
More than once I’ve had my food simply not show up, and the response is always the same.
I call once, they say “I’m so sorry, but your food is on the way and the driver should be there very soon.”
When it never shows up, the second call gets a sincere sounding “I’m so sorry, the driver said they delivered it, unfortunately they’ve already gone home, but if you call tomorrow someone will make this right.”
The next day, the call you make will tell you “I’m so sorry, I can’t do anything, but if you want to call back on [whatever day they mention] when the manager is working, they can help you then.”
When you finally do get to speak to the manager, they’ll tell you it’s been too long to do anything. They might offer you a coupon for a future order.
If the website allowed me to order from a different restaurant I would, sadly it automatically sends my orders to this one. But if you don’t have to deal with this nonsense, spare yourself the trouble.

I’ve ordered from here many times and it has gone so far downhill! Rude doesn’t even begin to explain it. Wrong orders, insanely long wait times and horrendous customer service are just some of the issues with this place. Add the fact that they completely dismiss women and I’m done. I’ve given them way too many changes. Place is a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!

I’ve ordered a few times recently and I gotta say it’s been perfect. And quick. And I worked in big chain pizza once.
I request a sort of odd pizza and they nail it every time. So they are making the food right.
And the delivery people are polite and quick. So they are delivering it right.
