From the recommendation of Google Maps, went to explore there. Tried the Snow crab with the suggestions from the staffs for 35$ and also took the calamari fry as appetizer. The crab bucket comes with potatoes, corn and sausages. The Cajun seasonings were splendid. Loved the crab a lot. Perhaps I will try the lobsters there on my next San Diego visit. Would recommend seafood lovers to visit there.
The staffs were very nice and caring. They even kept the restaurant open only for me even after the closing hour so that I can eat the food while it’s hot.

Lunch special before 3pm is the best overall value under $25 for this big 1b shrimp bag/corn/sausage and also comes with white rice and a drink food was delicious

I took a star ⭐ off because the manager upfront told me not to bother the cashier because she was busy, and herself was busy, she said wait to be seated. But then a group of 5 people went to pay for there meal and the cashier stopped what she was doing and helped them immediately. Super frustrating, just to sit down.

Sandra and Lovia were both amazing—so attentive and welcoming to our party of six. The drinks and food were absolutely top-notch. Everything was packed with flavor, and we loved how the sauce was generously layered over the food. We chose the medium spice level, and it hit just right.

The atmosphere, music, friendly staff, and flavorful dishes made this place a standout. I have nothing but great things to say. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our visit to Crab City was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. The food was outstanding, everything was seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, and full of rich, fresh flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. From the seafood to the sides, every dish we ordered was delicious and worth every penny.

What truly made our visit exceptional were the two ladies who assisted us throughout our meal tonight. Their service went above and beyond anything we expected. They were friendly, attentive, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine, and they really made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Because of both the amazing food and the exceptional service, we will definitely be recommending Crab City to anyone looking for a great dining experience. We’ll be referring our family and friends, and we’ll absolutely be coming back ourselves. This place is a gem and deserves all the praise.

The family deals are pretty good. Seafood was good. Decor is lively. For family combo D it was about $160, which is good enough for about 4 adults, which about $40 per person is not bad, not including drinks or any add ons.

Well when I first walked in I just had to appreciate the artwork on the walls! So beautiful and such a friendly atmosphere. Customer service was okay. The food was delicious! I would definitely ask for extra sausages and potatoes when ordering a seafood mix. I definitely will be coming back there again! I spent a maximum of $90. They also have a good selection for kids who do not care for seafood.

I absolutely love this place. The flavor is amazing just the right spice for me. I always get mild house special. The seafood is always fresh and hot. Adding on to the amazing taste, I have to mention the beyond amazing customer service. My family and I have been coming here for the last 3 years.

Let me start with Sandra, she is so knowledgeable of the menu and always suggests the best dishes. Always greets us with a smile and is in point refilling our drinks.

Lluvia is also very kind and attentive to our needs. Always friendly and approachable. She definitely makes us feel appreciated and welcome.

Last but not lease, Liz is always nice and remembers our preference even when I call on the phone she recognize my voice and always remember my favorite dish. And when we dine in she’s always happy to see us.

Overall, this place is amazing! Fantastic food and excellent customer service.

Last night, my girlfriend and I went to Crab City on National Ave in Barrio Logan. We ordered a boil including the king crab legs, crayfish and shrimp. They brought out a 14 inch plate that had a dozen crayfish or so, 2 king crab legs and maybe 20 pieces of shrimp. It also included small corn cobbs, potatoes and sausages. The sauce they put on it was the spicy sauce but it was extremely thick and sticky. As we ate the food it was very clear that all contents of the platter served was frozen and not fresh. You can tell it wasn’t fresh because the king crab shell was soft and the meat wasn’t sweet, the crayfish was tiny and the meat was tuff and flavorless. It’s almost like the thick geliten type sauce was layered in abundance to cover the bland taste of the frozen seafood we were served. Not to mention the corn was soft and mooshy and probably came out of a green giant bag of frozen corn on the cobb from smart and final. When we got the check the charged us 200 dollars for sub par seafood in small portions. When I asked about how they priced king crab legs, they said they charge 110 dollars per clutch. But we only received 2 legs, no claws so that means we were charged 55 dollars per single king crab leg.

I paid our bill and went to the restroom to mop off the viscose sauce on my hands and there was a sign inside the bathroom, attached to the door, notifying patrons that they were being watched by cameras to deter bathroom taggers. It was uncomfortable and my girlfriend didn’t even want to go inside of the bathroom in fear of being watched.

Overcharged us, food was frozen and we were being monitored. Not a good experience.
