Very grateful and thankful to Oscar, Alexa, and the staff at Chaotic Wings for hosting us for the Superbowl. We had a great time !! Food was great as well as the service that they provided..they went above and beyond meeting our needs. We will definitely be coming back for the food and service! Chaotic Wings is under New and Improved Management and you can tell the difference in the atmosphere ..its now on my top 5 places to eat in Andrews Tx .

I visited Chaotic Wings with colleagues for lunch. A little busy so the time we got for lunch was enough for all to order, wait for food, receive and eat food while chatting back and forth. Probably at least an hour and parking fills up at rush hour. Food tasted great. This dine in I got the double smash burger, comes plain, with Texas toast for buns and tater tots. Juicy burger and golden crispy tots with ketchup on top. Friendly service from ordering, to food delivery to cleanup.

Some of the best meat lovers pizza I’ve had, the taco pizza was delicious too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning. Very good food and friendly staff and clean restaurant.

The lady was nice but we had to repeat ourselves more than I would like just to get the order right the food is way over priced for what we got I got the mandalorian Pizza small it was $20 it’s supposed to come with Italian sausage and didn’t it literally has a hamburger patty cut up and put on it my husband got the chaotic Burger an it had burnt bacon and bread is soggy total we spent $42

Food is great. Alexis was an awesome server. I got bourbon molasses wings and parmesan. I got 10 wings and they are big wings. I am full with 7 of them. Definitely a great stop!

Ordered a pick up order at this point 40 mins ago, come to get it and told I had to wait another 20 mins I complained because I ordered so long ago and they told me that’s how long it take to make a pizza..sorry was not aware it takes a whole hour to make a pizza 10/10 won’t come here again

Ordered 2 Nacho Supremes to go which we have multiple times before, obviously satisfied enough to order again this time. Ordered with beans, an extra charge, no big deal. Young lady who took order over phone was pleasant and understood order. Got order home, no beans. Took order back, young lady was helpful and was prompt to rectify the mistake, even offered a beer while I waited for the new food to be made. Got the new order home, beans looked more like a brown sauce, could not honestly tell you I found an actual beans in either of the 2 orders. Chips were stale, meat was burnt and toppings very sparse for $11 nachos. It’s always sad as new restaurants settle in their quality falls off.
P.S the looks I received from the kitchen staff for returning the order would make anyone question whether they should eat the food they were just served

I use to frequent the Chaotic in Kermit and I was sooo excited to be getting one here boy was I in for a surprise. The restaurant here is TRASH compared to Kermit I hate to drive an hour to get the “real” Chaotic but the one in Andrews don’t have to worry about getting any of my money ever again.

The food is really delicious, unfortunately the staff are rude. The servers act as if customers are an interruption and inconvenience. This seems to be a trend here. I’ve been 5 times now and was only treated well the first time.

Ordered steak and a waffle chicken sandwich with bacon everything is absolutely overcooked took almost 24 hours to get refunded my money we did not eat did get overcharged for two beers and still have not been refunded for those probably won’t ever eat at the one in Andrews again I’ve never had issues at the Kermit location
