Had a wonderful experience here with my wife. From the moment we stepped through the door, Dania warmly greeted us with a big smile and assured us that she would take special care of us. We were quickly seated and our server was polite and professional. The new restaurant was clean and running like a well oiled machine. The food was outstanding and, of course, the cheesecake dessert was what we’ve come to expect after decades of Cheesecake Factory memories.
One of our favorite chains to visit again and again, we’re so happy with the convenience of this new location. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy soon!

Everything was absolutely delicious! We had the Reese’s peanut butter chocolate cake cheesecake, kids cheese flatbread, and the spicy chicken chipotle pasta — every dish was a hit.
The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. From the hostess greeting us warmly to Tina, our server, who was truly amazing — attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better.

A little slow service to start, most likely due to it being busy, however our server certainly made up for it during the time we were there. Great food and server was super friendly and chatty. We will definitely be back at this location. I always get this dish at the Sarasota UTC and they didn’t disappoint here!! My husband had the chicken bellagio and it tasted great too.

My co workers and I enjoyed our employee holiday lunch together. Our sever was great, food all came out Hott and at the same time and correct the only setback was we ended up buying a entire cheesecake hoping we could split it and unfortunately because we didn’t know ahead of time it wasn’t bothered and it was hard to cut so we weren’t able to really enjoy it in the restaurant. Other than that, they were very accommodating for allowing us to put our stroller with our gifts for our teammates by the front. The manager stepped in an assistant, but all over the entire staff was very friendly and professional, and we all enjoyed our experience!

Amazing Experience at the New Cheesecake Factory in Tampa Outlet Mall!
I was invited to a special training session before the grand opening, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant looks beautiful inside very clean, organized, and welcoming.
I was able to bring four guests, and we were given different menus to choose from, including one entrée, an appetizer, and a dessert. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.
Our server, Melody, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond the entire time giving us great suggestions, explaining the menu, and making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her service really made our visit special.
I’m excited for the official opening. Highly recommend checking out this location !!

We were told a 40 min wait. So we walked to the mall. Within 12 min they said the table was ready. Our waitress Chelsea was very pleasant and personable. She was very attentive. I love cheesecake factory and I’ve been many times. This was probably my best experience overall!!

First things first our server Ethan was absolutely fantastic. This young man knew the menu inside and out (or very close to it), answered every question with confidence, and delivered service that was beyond amazing. Polite, attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant Ethan made the entire dining experience even better and deserves major recognition.
Now let’s talk about the food… next level.
The carne asada was incredible perfectly cooked with flavors that were spot on. The fresh corn truly tasted fresh and was bursting with flavor, while the cilantro lime rice was incredibly delicious and complemented the dish perfectly. The other entrée we ordered, the crispy chicken costaleta, was a total wow factor. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The smashed potatoes were hands down some of the best we’ve ever had, and the green beans tasted like they were fresh-picked—bright, crisp, and full of flavor.
And then… dessert.
We indulged in the upside-down pineapple cheesecake oh my goodness. Out of this world in both taste and flavor. Sweet, rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely unforgettable.
The adult beverages were just as impressive. The coconut margarita was like nothing I’ve ever tasted smooth, refreshing, and dangerously good. The Florida Avenue Dead Parrot light beer was served super cold and packed with flavor for a light beer excellent choice.
The exterior of the restaurant was beautifully lit, creating a great first impression, and the interior was clean, tidy, and very inviting. Everything felt well cared for and welcoming.
We are super thankful this Cheesecake Factory is right here in our own backyard. From the outstanding service to the exceptional food, drinks, and atmosphere, this location absolutely delivers.

We booked a reservation the day before for Sunday at 4:30… when we got here. It was so packed. People were waiting everywhere. Luckily we had a reservation and they said it us about 10 minutes or so. After we walked in. We asked to be seated outside, which was nice because it was cool out and the sun was setting. They were just so many people. They’ve only been open for about a week, so I’m not gonna lie There were some issues/inconveniences. They had a lot of workers, but they were all kind of just scrambling everywhere and didn’t know what they were doing, which I understand they were training. Our server was nice and remembered everything we ordered. But it took well over an hour to get our food. They really need to speed it up, especially coming in the holidays. The food was amazing, though. We all got burgers, and also the carne asada. The Burgers, Very Good and different. The menu was very overwhelming to look at though, but the drinks were delicious. The peach one, and the raspberry were very good and fresh. The salad was wet, and a side of fries is huge. We were so full though, so we took the Oreo cheesecake home, and let me tell you…That thing was delicious. The rich fudge with the crunchy Oreos and the creamy cheesecake was mmhm!! Yummy Overall we’re happy this new location open(my first time going) and we will definitely be back soon!

Service was great, no wait time in the afternoon. Loved the outdoor option. Shout out to our waitress Veronica R. Avocado rolls were great ofcourse.Food was OK. I felt the prices were high for what we received. I got the bang bang shrimp & chicken which had a few shreds of chicken and appx 8 small shrimp. My husband got over priced chinese food, orange chicken. 12.50 for a slice of cheesecake!!! Not sure I would return considering those prices. Cheddar scratch kitchen is a better food and price option.
