Third visit so far. Every dining experience has been with friendly staff and great food. Sometimes slow but you just have to enjoy the company your with. Want to try attending one of their Thursday Line Dancing events.

The restaurant is huge and you would really think they would use that to their advantage. But instead they turn people away or they wait for hours unless you made reservations. Our food was cold, but the crab was amazing. Hopefully with the type of establishment they have they can get things figured out. Just looks a little strange when you are coming in from out of town. #wastedspace

I love crab legs, but Crossroads are the worst I had, they’re so bad it’s worst than Uncle Mike’s, (which wasn’t that good either) that was previously in the same location. The crab legs were old, soft, and bland. To sum it all up, I rather spend my money at Hardrock’s casino Fresh Harvest buffet.

I’ve hit several so called bbq places in Florida and they all serve dry meat slathered in sauce. NOT AT UNCLE MIKE’S!!!! The food dry rubbed, juicy and delicious. Portions and so big you’ll still be enjoying it the next day. I can’t wait to go back.

I was there last night with my Wife my Mother and my Son. My son had the crab-stuffed flounder he said it was excellent. My wife my mother and myself had the all you can eat crab legs they were excellent our server Allison was right on top of her game. The place was packed she made a fresh pot of coffee for my mother and our drinks never were empty and she had the crab legs coming out. We never waited more than a few minutes for the next plate to come around. we had a great experience can’t wait to go back again and try the steaks.

This food and service was ridiculously good. Our waitress took our order and came by our table numerous times. She had a good attitude and was was very attentive.
We had the pulled pork, ribs, and sausage. Our sides were baked beans, collard greens, green beans, Mac and cheese, and Cole slaw.
The meats all had a mouth-watering smoky flavor, and were cooked perfectly. The collard greens were a little tangy, smoky, and they had a little bit of mean (ham or bacon, maybe.) I don’t wanna say they were the best I’ve eaten, because I’ve had a lot of homemade greens, but they were delicious! The green beans were not overly flavored (thankfully.) The baked beans were not too sweet. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy. We liked that everything was not overly salted so that we tasted the flavor of the food.

1/2 the building is a restaurant and the other half is a bar with dance floor so it was entertaining watching the line dancing.

Will definitely recommend and come back.

We have been here a few times the food and service was decent but nothing that made it a memorable experience. Until last night. Our party of 5 arrived around 7:30 the restaurant wasn’t terribly busy there were empty tables and we were seated immediately. We waited about 15 minutes before our waiter came to the table and took our drink order. We ordered two beers and 3 sodas. About 10 minutes later we had no drinks. The waiter came back and told us they they no longer carried the beer that was on the menu. So we understand that it’s expensive to keep reprinting menus when small changes like that but why didn’t our sever know that they no longer carried that beer? Not a huge problem just a small annoyance. We ordered a different beer and placed our food order. The sodas came about 5 minutes later and we were told our beers were on the way. 15 minutes later the beers arrived. 30 minutes into our visit and we just now had our drinks. We waited for close to another 30 minutes or waiter had been by to check on other tables and never stopped to check on us. We stopped him once and asked if our food was coming soon. He said he would check and disappeared for another 15 minutes. He came back and said that our food was not ready. The server tried to blame the delay on a large party at another table and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was not busy how is the kitchen not able to keep up? Needless to say after waiting over an hour we did not stay to see home much longer the food took. We paid for our beers and left.

Edit: This review was for when it was Uncle Mike’s Smokehouse not crossroads. I have not been to Crossroads but my understanding is that it is the same ownership just rebranded restaurant.

There are no words to describe the proficient service and food quality I experienced at Uncle Mikes. I went on a Wednesday for the all-you-can eat crab legs and was not disappointed. The crab legs were cooked to perfection and served in abundance. The waitress was especially good, visiting our table at least a dozen times to ensure our drinks and crab leg platters were topped off and everyone smiling. This is definitely a repeat stop.
