Hot Dawgin is hands down one of the best food trucks we’ve ever found! The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and you can taste the love in everything they cook. Almost everything is homemade the day of too! Their giardiniera is literally the best I’ve ever had — no joke.
We’ve eaten lunch here five days in a row while on vacation because it’s just that good. My favorite is the Flying Saucer — I never got a photo of it because I can’t resist eating it right away! I’m also obsessed with the elote cup and cheesy beef sandwich. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing atmosphere. Don’t miss it!

I couldn’t speak more highly of the customer service and the yummyness of the food here. They do a great job of serving up delicious Chicago style food. Must try!!! And they’re conveniently located just 2 mins away from the takeout of the Racecourse on the Rio Grande. Great meal after rafting!

Hot Dawgin is a very unique food truck serving one of the most authentic Chicago hot dogs in northern New Mexico but also a medley of other delicious treats. The hibiscus tea was bomb as well. Not only is the food super high quality but the owners are too. Brandon and Rachel are some of the most amazing people Ive ever met and if you get the chance, get to know them.

Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! Love this place and the lovely couple running it. My favorites are the Chicago dog, BLT dog, cheesy beef, and the Reuben special! Seriously, if you’re in the area, you’ve got a try it.
