Absolutely delicious! I had a burrito estilo Villa Ahuma and my partner had quesabirrias. Though we are an hour from home, we’re definitely coming back. The service was delightfully friendly. My partner will not stop going on about how good it was.

This food truck is behind La Plaza Colorado. It was one of the few opened this Tuesday afternoon and we chose it because the lady inside was so friendly when we walked by. The pescado tacos were great and husband liked his asada and another that I can’t remember. I went back for ramen birria but ended up getting quesabirria which were pretty tasty.

The truck has moved and they are not taking orders online anymore. That is what we were told after making an order online and not finding the truck in this location. We called the number and he said he has moved and is not taking online orders currently. After a week I have still been unable to get my money back.
