Great experience at this new Starbucks location. My Strawberry Acai Refresher was perfectly made but what I would say was even better was the customer service. My phone decided to do a factory reboot just when I was getting ready to pay and the Barista was extremely patient. Luckily there was no one in the drive through waiting behind me. It took about 5 minutes for my phone to finally start back and I had a great conversation with Crystal who happens to be the manager. Great customer service, great conversation, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything you would want in your local Starbucksl. Thank you Crystal for being patient. I think I found my new go to location.

I ordered an “Egg and Cheddar Protein Box” this morning which includes an egg, grapes, apples, cheese, and this bread with a peanut butter spread. The lady asked, “Do you want the one with the egg or fruit?”
I was like huh?? I’m looking at the picture which has eggs and grapes which last time I checked was a FRUIT. Because there was a line behind me, I just said fruit.
When I tried to explain the confusion, she just looked annoyed and finally gave me the one I originally ordered. I guess she’s just young and new. I opened the box and the egg was frozen and inedible.
Every other time, the experience has been fine.

Okay, I really don’t want to dish the secret on this one and create long wait times okay, however! The staff here are so phenomenal I can’t help but actually give credit where credit is due. I truly hope corporate sees this, I know it’s early on in the opening of the store, but when I tell you that LITERALLY each time that I’ve been here, which has been at different points through the day AND through the week, I get 110% the best drink made, as well as the utmost hard to find these days wonderful customer service. Like these people are genuinely so truly humanly nice, and not in a culty “my manager says we have to say and do this now” forced smile kind of way. No, in an actual genuinely nice kind of way, and that’s so refreshing. I frequent many locations in the area, but will always drive a little extra to go to this one.
Again I know it’s early on in the opening of this location, but I PRAY It stays this way. We so need this here! And big shout out to the staff, like literally you guys are so freaking awesome, thank you so so so so much.

The service was fast and super friendly. Kai helped me choose a fall drink that ended up being perfect for the season. I went with the pecan crunch with two pumps of brown sugar and it was so good I didn’t want it to end. Sweet comforting and full of flavor. Kai really knew what to recommend and made the whole experience feel personal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more drinks soon.

Very slow. I sat in line for 10 mins from start to finish. The sign is also too far away from the ordering screen. If you arent a regular customer like me who knows the menu this would be frustrating as you wont know what the coffee shop offers. However the drink was good.

First time trying a matcha from them!!! I ordered a grande matcha matcha latte from Starbucks with sweet cream and strawberry cold foam. And it was nasty the barista didn’t even blend it it taste like it was tooo sweet and not blend at all!! Never coming here again for a new place doesn’t meet expectation?!!!
