This place is a little off the beaten path and is poorly lit. There seemed to be a lot more chicken going out than pizza. One thing is abundantly clear and that is the pizza. It is impeccable. They put IMOs to shame. There is no dining room, not even a place to step inside. You can order online, leave a message (they never answer there phone), or in person. I ordered 2 x-large pizzas that were done in 20 minutes.

I haven’t had Cecil Whittaker’s in months. I wanted to order it for dinner so I did. I ordered online for my order. Also generously gave them a 20% tip. (Because their food is always amazing and they never disappointed me). Drove up to the place and no one was in the store at all. A man was talking on the side to another random person, saw I was standing there, walked up to me and said “you picking up an order?” I said “yeah.” And he said “name?” I told him my name, he went inside, picked up my order, walked back out and handed it to me in silence while walking back over to talk to that same person. Literally didn’t stop or anything just put it into my arms. Didn’t say “have a good day” or anything like I’m inconveniencing him to do his job. Like just rude af. Also the chicken strips in my order were soggy and not cooked properly. Also, gave me tiny chicken pieces instead of full on strips. I have never had Cecil Whittaker’s chicken strips look like that. It’s like ever since they combined the store with Chuck’s hot chicken their food has gone down hill. Such a shame. I will no longer be spending my money at this location anymore. Just disappointing and a really bad experience.

How the hell do you get a hold of anybody at This location In Maryland Heights The mailbox is full. Nobody checks it to erase the messages and when you call the emergency line go straight to voicemail. I drove out of my way to go to this location to get a topping on the pizza that I didn’t want if I tried to take it back they would have been closed by the time I made it back there Now, what do I do with a topping that I don’t like? I really love Cecil Whitaker pizza but for me to spend just about $60 to get the wrong food is blowing my mind that I can’t speak to a real person I really wish somebody would reach out to me to fix this situation

Smh.i don’t know whatis goin on with restaurants these days…I used to love this dish from them..quite disappointing..no extra sauce as orderd.and why is there red sauce in my pan?.also..I couldn’t customize and add cheese to my entrée on the ordering platform. Italian garlic bread and cheese garlic bread edible but a lil chewy.

Ordered online and their delivery is processed through DoorDash. We got our order and the pizza was wrong, half was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni and the other half just cheese and it came with half of it pepperoni and half of it sausage and I’m a vegetarian so I wouldn’t have been able to eat any of it and on top of that the salad we ordered wasn’t there so I called the store and was unable to speak with anyone so I had to drive up there which was annoying because it was later at night and I paid for delivery so I wouldn’t have to go out but I only live 7 minutes away so it wasn’t that awful was another minor inconvenience. I got to the store and explained everything and they said they would remake the pizza and apologized but the salad was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They said to give them about 10 minutes and they’d remake it. I went and sat in my car and not even 10 minutes later they brought out our entire order made fresh all over again when I was just expecting them to remake the pizza! I was nervous because of the reviews however the employees working tonight went above and beyond to make things right and we are so appreciative of that!

Ordered on line. I had sub mozzarella. Cheese sauce ratio horrible. Not enough sauce or too much cheese. Squares were not cut all the way through. Too much garlic on cheese bread.
