So my pregnant daughter ordered like a calzone best way to describe it, from here just a few min ago. We’ll, she went to take a bite a bunch of hair from what looks like to be black hair all up in her food. Called the store and they said we have to contact the deliver app she used,. However everything was sealed and taped up no tampering or nothing. So the store is not trying to fix it or nothing!!! Ewwww come on guys!!! This is gross and not trying to fix the problem is even wkrst!!!

Love the pizza from here but a little bothered that when I say extra pineapple, I never get my extra pineapple I know one worker told me they are searching for delivery drivers and that’s why sometimes they have to go through door dash. I definitely enjoyed the pizza, I never get sick from here. Other pizza place, I get sick.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. The pizza is always hot when picked up. When considering crust, flavor, and ratio, Papa John’s nails it. Their app is easy to use, and they always have a deal going on to cut down the cost. For fast food pizza, this is my favorite place every time. My only complaint is that you can only order garlic butter dipping sauce on the app. If you want marinara, you have to call and ask for it or ask them to switch it out at checkout. It’s not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience.

There’s something wrong with the outside lights at this location. The first time I visited this location, I thought it would be my last. The pizza was disgusting and not worth the price for their “special deal” pizza. My brother-in-law bought some pizza a few months ago. It was edible. My wife bought a pepperoni and cheeseburger pizza a few nights ago. It was OK. I’m still not willing to purchase anything from here. The quality has to increase before I would spend my money again. It’s your choice. I give this location a 50/50. Unfortunately, most restaurants on Hwy 90 are a 50/50 shot for any type of quality food. Be careful and be warned.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady who took our call over the weekend. Her knowledge of the menu & how to take an order was on point! I was so amazed by not only her knowledge but her level of customer service! At the end of our call I told her how she really knew her stuff & asked her name, she said her name was Cynthia & that she was the manager at that location. We need more managers like Cynthia that’s for sure. I highly recommend Papa John’s on 47! If you have any issues ask for Cynthia I have no doubts you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I went for a carry out today. Walked up to the counter and stood there for about 7-8 minutes before anyone walked to the front. I patiently waited for the young lady to say “may I take your order?” She stood there staring at me. Then I said can I place an order. She rolled her eyes and was tapping the counter with her nails. I looked around for a camera because I thought I was being punked. I said “Is there something wrong?” She asked I don’t know is there? At which point I walked out. I’ll never go back.

Do you not order online. Paid for a stuffed crust and the online order came with original crust so I just wasted money and never even got my stuff crust when I called the store she told me I had to bring the pizza that I had delivered back to her while I’m at work…… Make it make sense……
