Went in to check out the lunch buffet. I asked the receptionist kindly if I could just take a look at the food items on the buffet before deciding. The chef or a worker was out front was walking with a pot in his hand and yelled very aggressively, “No, you may not take a look! Get out of here. We don’t want your service anyway!! And he raised his pan in the air and stormed away while I walked out extremely embarassed. I am from out of town and have never been to this restaurant before, and surely will never return. My grandma lives in town and will be informing her friends that they will not be visiting this establishment again either.

*Super Honest Review* When you walk in, it looks pretty run down. However, after being seated… You will receive prompt attention. You’ll be asked for your drink order and your drinks will be delivered before you can stand up. The chairs/booths are decent. Flooring is pretty worn, decor is the same generic decor you’ll find if you Google “china buffet.” The place could use a little updating for sure.
I’m not so sure about the buffet. There was a time where it was okay. It’s always been more…spendy?… Compared to other restaurants in the area, especially when bringing kids. Since covid, there has been limited hours and during the limited hours, there is very limited food in the buffet. Like a few scoops in each metal container. Which makes the food get cold and dry out much faster. And if anyone else comes in, They run out. They do tell you if you want anything, They can make it. But there’s not always someone out in the buffet area. There’s usually only one person in the back and one in the front.
But if you are looking to order takeout, they have a very extensive menu and they pack their containers full. They also work with doordash and you are able to order online through their website if you don’t have doordash. They have lunch and dinner combos and everything is made to order so it comes piping hot.
We have a good number of family members who prefer noodle dishes and they swear by this place being the place to order from. So if you’re a noodle person who likes take out, give them a call! They’ll have some very hot food ready for you in 10 minutes and it’s really affordable!

I got mixed feedback regarding this place and hardly anyone was there during lunch. I had to check it out for myself. I loved it. We had plenty to eat from lots of choices. The server on was constantly busy always doing something. She never sat around on her phone like I’ve seen at other places. I’m on a restricted diet and I found plenty of food to fill me up. I did think it was a little pricey for a lunch buffet but what restaurant isn’t expensive these days.

The food is always great. We usually get 3 entrees and 1 or 2 appetizers. We get take out. The orders are always accurate and ready when promised.

We love this place. Usually order To Go. Always delicious! The owners are so nice! I wish more people would give them another try! This time we had spicy Mongolian Beef – Perfect heat and tender beef. Orange Chicken – delicious.

I have ate here twice in a year. The first time I had vegetable fried rice with crispy tofu, which was good a decent price. I today had the lunch buffet, the food wasn’t being restocked and they were out of fried rice which is the base of most dishes. If they restocked the dishes it would have been better. Place needs some finesse in the carpet and decor.

Ok the general tsos was quite tasty however the rice was over cooked and very bland. I know it’s just a lunch special but if you want repeat customers you need to step up your game. Also no orange chicken lunch special is weak sauce. One last thing not very polite. Not rude just not polite.

Went there and buffet is limited time from 11 am to 130 pm we got there at 2. but not listed on website!! Only take out after that not sit down. Disappointed.

I went here on Labor Day. I got there at 3pm. They were open but the buffet was done for the day. The employees were taking a break eating their lunch. I ordered food to go. They jumped up right away and my food was done and brought out in 8 minutes! I was impressed. All the items I ordered were great, hot, and cooked fresh. They also take credit cards. The lady at the counter is very nice as well. Thank you, will come again!

First things first, if I am paying twenty bucks for lunch at least it could be on tableware and metal utensils. Cheap paper plates and kfc silverware is not cutting it.
This was the go to spot back in the day, this or Chef Chu’s. After twenty years of going here I feel this needs to be said. When the grandmother was around this place was always happy with smiles everywhere. Now it seems like they are just going thru the motions like robots. The food was second to none, now it is just there. My last visit I came out swollen with all the salt or soy sauce in the product. I could not taste anything but salt in every dish. It has been the same foods for twenty plus years, maybe time to switch it up a little. The decor is not the food so I don’t care as much but I don’t think it has ever been touched.
The bottom line have some fun at work, get some passion back and the food will follow. We’re is Gordon Ramsey when you need him!!
