I sent my husband to get bagels about 30 minutes before close and the two ladies helping him were AMAZING! They found him the bagels he needed and were so kind. He even commented to me on how clean and orderly everything was. Thank you again!

I order bagels from this location quite often for work and I order a lot when I do. The staff members always get my order right and they are on time when I pick them up in the morning! I think this store needs a little love, the soda machines are out of order and it just needs a little refresh. Bagels are still delicious!

After ordering was immediately told anything thing that was ordered would be 20 minute wait. What we ordered were toasted bagels and cream cheese. Nothing less, nothing more. Meanwhile, there were 8 employees working, three of them continuously stopping to help organize two online orders. The cashier who told us the order would be 20 minutes gave no other explanation other than there were a lot of customers. While two of their customers had received the same info and left. There were a handful of sets of customers that had already been served and only one family actively waiting for an order. Very disappointed in the service and direction of this store. Just wanted a bagel.

I am from out of town and was super excited to be near Bruegger’s to have it again, store had said it opened at 8 on Sunday’s so I came at 8:14 after my workout and they hadn’t opened yet. Waited in my car for 15-20 minutes and the store still was not open? After they opened I went in and they were out of pretty much everything, so I left. Disappointed to say the least.

My experience this morning with how the General manager of this particular store treated was absolutely abhorrent. The dude acted and talked to me like I was a complete disservice to him the entire time dealing with him. He thought he could continue taking advantage of me and mistook my soft-spoken tone of voice as being weak or soft, as he repeatedly talked down to me in a very harsh, abrasive, condescending, disrespectful tone of voice. Until I put him in his place and shut him down reminding him who the customer was and that you don’t ever dare talk to me in that kind of tone. This hasn’t been the first time with him as well, as I am a repeat customer. What is even worse is, he has ZERO humility whatsoever. He continued to make excuses and justifications for his behavior and displayed a real smug, arrogant look on his face towards me while both of my bagel sandwiches were in the toaster. The GM of this store knew he was an embarrassment to the store as he had to watch what he was saying because other customers were int the store as well as co-workers. All other store employees in this store treat me and customers with the respect they deserve, but this guy has an ego and pride about him that was very off-putting and distasteful.

The General manager of this store needs a real lesson in Respect to ALL Customers and Customer service in general. His tone and demeanor the entire time I was being helped by him resembled that of a drill instructor with major anger/ego problems. You are dealing with grown adults here buddy. Stop acting as if I was a disservice to you the entire time I dealt with your sorry existence just because you have a disdain towards me for no good reason whatsoever. Stop with the justifications, rationalization and excuses of your hideous behavior. I am glad their were other customers in the store and employees that could hear our exchange. What is worse, AFTER I shut you down with what MY boundaries are for respect when talking to a customer, your rotten body language continued on with your Smug, arrogant, pompous look on your face towards me, offering ZERO apologies for your pathetic behavior. The fact that you are in a leadership position with your service skills is a joke.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly employee, lot of the soda options indeed are down but they got Dr pibb, sprite and coke still the best sodas lol.

Excellent service. Quick to prepare and ring up transaction. Love this Eagan location. Friendly. Brought home a toasted blueberry bagel with honey nut cream cheese and a caramel cre cold brew as a treat for my son.
