After receiving my food, I looked at my phone a total of four seconds . The manager screamed. You need to move up move up. I said there’s no one behind me. I was just looking to see what time it was. She said I’m on a timer. You need to move up now. It was so rude! Also, my junior bacon cheeseburger was completely burnt with so much mayonnaise on. I could’ve filled up a jar.

People always wonder why I don’t eat at Wendy’s. Here it is. Nobody in the dining room but me, my wife and our son. Still dirty floors, no condiments, only small cups, out of tons of soda options, surfaces that I’m pretty sure we’re last cleaned when they were installed.

Ordered bacon and cheese fries and they came completely burnt! On top of that the sandwiches were so dry and tastes like it’s been sitting out. The only thing good about my order was my drink. Never ordering from here again.

This wendys is consistently screwing up, ordered 2 number 8s, got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches instead, no cheese, no bacon. Ordered large meals and tried to give us 2 medium cokes. Called to complain, got hung up on. Ordered ranch with the kids meal, wasnt in the bag. Handed us an extra burger we didnt order. Get it together.

Went there today and got 2 biggie deal bags, one Jr. Bacon and one double stack., 6pc spicy nugget and two drinks. The Jr bacon had a ridiculous amount of mayo on it, and the bread was old and hard. The nuggets were bad like they sat out all day and the fries were old and dry. We are so done with wasting money here. This Wendy’s needs to close and retrain everyone including managers. Smh it’s sad that this isn’t a good place at all.

This is a Wendy’s that serves perfectly edible Wendy’s food, but possibly one of the slowest in Pittsburgh. Chronically understaffed while the surrounding joints in the Plaza have no such issues.

The bathrooms are disgusting and smells like the employees been smoking marijuana. Didn’t surprise me though. Edit: I just walked out of the stall after using the restroom and the employee was literally rolling a blunt up on the sink. You can’t make this stuff up. Terrible service
