What food we got was good but….
my partner never got her bubble tea she ordered. Her combo dish she ordered was missing the items that made it a combo (no shrimp roll)
I ordered the birds nest. It was good. Portion is smaller than it used to be.
Server never came back to our table after dropping off food.

Went to order takeout vermicelli bowl. New to the Kootenay area and was looking for good Vietnamese. This was not it. Went to place my order and the lady seemed to not want to take it and was told it would be 20 minutes. Ordered a number 47 with chicken and said I was fine with the wait. Took only 10 minutes for order to come out. Paid my bill and went to my vehicle. Chicken was cold and look like it was left over from the previous day. Didn’t taste like chicken at all. Vermicelli noodles were very soggy and the vegetables tasted like perfume was spilled on it. I will keep looking around for something better. Disappointed.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was extremely expensive compared to other pho places we’ve tried. We ordered the soup with rare beef, and to our surprise, it only came with four small square pieces of beef—very little for the price we paid. This is by far the most expensive pho restaurant we’ve ever eaten at, and unfortunately, the portion size did not justify the cost. Definitely not recommended.

OMG Overpriced been to a lot of Pho restaurants all over the country by far this shocked me $9 for 3 bite size spring rolls.

The food was delicious but the portions were basically a half a meal. There was also a little girl the restaurant at the same time as us who complained to her parents that she was still hungry after her meal. This place is good for a snack but be prepared to leave hungry.

Just recently started eating at pho saigon and i must say the food is INCREDIBLE, the bubble tea is amazing not too sweet very authentic the owner is so kind and the service was the best! The portions were definitely worth the cost!

The food was decent, but the female staff member was extremely unfriendly. This is a place that has made mistakes with our orders twice before. As soon as we entered the restaurant, she sighed and rudely told us to wait without even greeting us. It was the same when she took our order. Before we left the restaurant, I suggested that it might be nice to smile, and she sarcastically replied, “Do you work here?” I felt it was the worst restaurant I never want to visit again.
