You may or may not receive your delivery if there are no Pizza Hut drivers available. Orders are fulfilled through a third party delivery service that is untraceable. I have been waiting for over an hour with no notification, and the website status is inaccurate due to the third-party handoff. When I called the store, I was told the order is out of their control once the third party picks it up. They do offer “store credit”.

Great food and quick service. Too many Uber eats or door dash drivers who think they get priority and try cutting in line. Who uses those apps when Pizza Hut has their own delivery drivers?! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.

I placed a decent order $75. When my order came, one of my pizzas had NO SAUCE, they forgot my ($5 worth of) side sauces, all four sodas were warm. So my family had to eat some EXTREMELY DRY nasty pizza, couldn’t even sauce it up because they forgot all my sauces nor wash it down soda because we had to wait for them to get cold. If I could give -1/5 stars, I would. PLEASE BE CAREFUL FROM ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION.

I had the Pizza melt, wings and starry soda. The pizza melt was kind of gross. The cheese was not even melted. Big clumps of dry cheese. Tasted like it wasn’t even cooked fully on one side. Very dry! I do not recommend that item. I’m not a fan of pizza huts pizza. I prefer any other pizza place besides here. The wings where actually very good. Why I gave a 4 star in stead of 3 . Also curbside delivery was very quick. Starry soda hit the spot for sure.

This lobby area is dirty, the welcome mat looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months, the floor is dirty and while sitting waiting hot my pizza, I looked down at the refrigerator and I saw so much dirt, hasn’t been cleaned in years! Back to the same ole same ole. Had to give this place 2 stars again because of the dry pizza, even after saying extra pizza sauce multiple times. I just don’t understand. Then the person I spoke to says he watched them put extra sauce. Just take a look at the pictures I attached, dry as heck. I really dont understand.

The new person who works there is so nice and she makes sure everything goes well with my order. So kind and professional. I like this place much more now.

Pizza always delivers super fast, but they never ever ever give me my extra pizza sauce. I put it in the customizations and in the special instructions, and they ignore it completely every time. Actually, it seems like they put the smallest amount possible, and the pizza is soooo dry! App great – restaurant terrible. I put extra pizza sauce, and they rarely put it on there. Actually, it seems like they make sure to put less sauce. I have to call the restaurant (every single time I order) and ask them to please put extra sauce on the pizza. And sometimes, they STILL don’t do it. It’s the most frustrating thing ever, and no one seems to care, and no one seems to try to reach out to me to find a solution. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered and paid for extra sauce, extra cheese and extra sausage. Look at how much sausage is on several of the slices, barely a piece or two. I think they put less ingredients than normal. Terrible experience.
