Have to agree with others reviewers. Was there on 10/10/25 at about 12 pm. and there was absolutely no one ahead of me at the counter and I was not acknowledge at all by most of the crew. after a cpl minutes I asked if they could take my order only to be told that they were busy by some young lady. Them a lady by the name of Taylor came to take my order, which I appreciated. She was very polite and proffessional. The rest were too busy to even say hi.

Morning crew is absolutely rude. This is my second time coming in the morning I like to go in to the store to make sure my order is correct , some how someway the lady with the red colored hair the 2 times I have come in the morning Always messes up my order. Then the lady who makes the coffee gets mad and start flipping out and swearing because I told them they messed up my order. Instead of just making the coffee over and not making a big deal. They flip out. Cause they have to make the coffee over mind you. The store wasn’t even busy at the moment. They need to be retrained or fired for the way they talk to people.
Horrible experience. I also come here in the afternoons too. Never have any issues. Coffee’s always great and customer service is always great. They should learn from second and third shift

This Dunkin is 3 minutes from my house, so it’s convenient, but I also love the early morning ladies that work there! They’re upbeat, even at 4-5am, so it’s a nice start to your day. Just wish the parking lot didn’t suck so bad!

I would give it a 0 stars for the attitudes of the employees if I could. But you don’t have it available. Want to get coffee 5 employeestanding there. After I ordered no one in the store, but me all 5 stood around talking laughing swearing.
Wish I did not appreciate young kids with. An attitude that doesn’t belong in Dunkin’. Going to try to send a review to corporate. If there was a manager on duty, she sure or he did not have his employees working properly or speaking properly with all the swear words. Customers do not have to tolerate that

No customer service I always ask for my sandwich cut in half they can’t. They made my coffee incorrect and I had a bug cooked on my sandwich I bring it back for a refund the manager pulls the bug off and says that’s not a big she shut up when I told her it is you rip it apart I gave 1star because they opened the building

Used to have great workers now service is horrible. Drinks get made and just sit on counter while you wait at window and workers walk right by the drinks. This has happened often

The new lids are terrible. Hard to explain but I can’t. Sip from this new lid. My top lip is hitting the new plastic latch. I feel like I have to pour the coffee into my mouth. That new latch is preventing a seal . I just tossed the cover. Maybe something is wrong with me but I did not enjoy using that lid. I hope this lid goes away fast. I felt like I was going to burn my mouth or get coffee all over myself.The other lid was fine. Even the lids from the 80 s were better. Remember you would just tear off your own opening. At least you can get your top lip on the side of the cup.
