The staff is friendly very attentive. Lots of options to choose from. I would not order the Asian dishes here like the Pad Thai or the curry (go to a Thai restaurant for that) if I were to do it again I would go for the specials at this restaurant like the Lamb Wellington. I would come back again, too bad it’s our last day here in paradise. I would recommend the lemon tart very good. The chocolate pyramid is nothing special, just mousse and chocolate cake. Listen to the waiters and their recommendations, they know what they’re talking about. Amazing place a for coffee and dessert.

Come here for the desert, stay for the food!
For the table we shared the Lao roll and it was light and tasty and could eat all day long.
For my lunch I had the green curry. It says spicy but to me it wasn’t hot hot, but had wonderful flavor. My coworker had the personal pizza and it was good too.
For dessert I had the chocolate haupia and it was good b it the chocolate took over the haupia taste.

I had never heard of this hidden gem and was invited for lunch by a good friend. It was Monday and all the tables were full, a few holiday parties it seemed, and I’m glad she made reservations ahead of time! There were so many delicious things on the menu but we both went with the fisherman’s pie. Oh my goodness it was beyond delicious!!! It really is not what you expect, but the flavors, and the light puff pastry all melted in my mouth! We shared the crispy crab salad as an appetizer and then after the seafood pies we also shared a few desserts! They are all display inside and let me tell you, it’s hard to choose because they all look delectable. It seemed like there was only one waitress and another lady helping, so my only suggestion is one more staff member (especially when all the tables are full) to help service run a little smoother, but our food did come out quick and it was superb. I see why this place is like a hidden secret and I will definitely be back again to try other things on the menu! Be sure to book a table in advance. Lots of free center parking.

Tiny Pyramid Restaurant is a hidden gem and offers a consistently elegant dining experience. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, resulting in flavors that are both refined and satisfying. The presentation is impeccable, always artful, polished, and visually striking, reflecting a clear attention to detail. From the balance of textures to the overall composition of each plate, the food is as impressive to look at as it is to enjoy. A standout destination for those who appreciate quality, craftsmanship, and beautifully executed cuisine.

I have been going to Tiny Pyramid on Nimitz and was pleasantly surprised to see a new location – Tiny Pyramid Express. So far I have gotten pizza carbonara and dessert fast and delicious. I could eat there everyday and sometimes I do. The service was quick and easy.

Great spot for good food and delicious desserts. Its dining area belies the quality of the food as it looks like fast food cafe but is a regular restaurant. The food is good, we had the fixed menu B with escargot and poached lobster tail. The escargot was excellent, the lobster tail was a little dry but good with the pasta and vegetables.

The best part is the dessert. They have a pastry chef here that makes dazzling tarts and chocolate desserts. We have tried the chocolate pyramid, raspberry pistachio tart, apricot tart and blueberry tart. All were so delicious and yummy. Coming here for dessert only is a good idea as the desserts are worth it!

We have been sporadically coming here for over 10 years. What draws us to this gem? Menu is diverse & everything is delicious, our favorite & value for your money, especially during this crazy time, is the prix fixe menu!! My choice: mixed salad, soft shell crab, braised duck cooked to perfection! I’ve been to many restaurants in town searching for the perfect duck and have paid 3x the price, lol!
The table service has always been excellent. In fact, because their dinner hours has been cut down due to the difficulty of getting help, JJ was kind enough to allow our request for early dining. That’s above & beyond!
It’s a quaint quiet place, we always bring mainland visitors here and no need to shout over conversations to catch up.
Lastly for us, I know no other nice restaurant that welcomes our fur baby who we consider part of our family!
And P.S. it’s byob! Unbeatable place for saving those hard earned dollars!

Not super thrilled about my experience here at Tiny Pyramid. The two items I ordered were prepared incorrectly.

I ordered the Thai Thai noodles with TOFU and received the noodles with CHICKEN instead. Also ordered the veggie pizza with NO ONIONS and received a pizza with onions. After everyone was served, the correct noodles hadn’t come out yet. I went inside to ask if I could cancel the order but was told that “it was ready”. The noodles that were brought out were cold. I didn’t wait 30 minutes for cold noodles.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but I will when deemed necessary. Especially when the guy inside was so rude.

Interesting restaurant located in a design center meant for designers who build houses. None the less, nit only do they serve food, similar to fine dining, without the high prices. They also offer many sorts of pastry’s to go if you wanted.
