honestly i don’t know why there are bad reviews but to each it’s own.. this building has only been opened since December & i’ve been here 4 times since day 1( mind you i never been to a chipotle this often before ) but each time i’ve been my food was fresh, they weren’t stingy in my bowl ( like most locations )& the atmosphere was very welcoming! i’d always return!!

Do NOT come here. Go out of your way to go to a different location. The place is dirty with food all over the tables, you can tell the workers don’t care, the chairs are uncomfortable, the portions are a disgrace as I got basically 1/3 of the bowl. Nothing was stocked, no napkins, the stations were out of food, the drinks are watered down, etc. The guacamole looked rancid. I asked for lettuce, and they put ONE piece, look at the picture I circled it in case it was hard to find. If I’m paying for a bowl I want the whole bowl not 1/3, the place was very quiet and not busy at all so you would expect bigger portions but I got the opposite. I am highly dissatisfied.

This location recently opened. Bowl is okay but there is absolutely no seasoning on the rice or beans. And the chips were soggy and just look at the amount of salt on those chips. Hope it improves, but right now I’m not impressed unfortunately. They were skimpy on all ingredients as well. My bowl wouldn’t even be full if I hadn’t asked for extra rice and beans.

Ordered carnitas burrito and it was amazing. Large portions, meat seasoned perfectly not like others where it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Will be going back.

I’ve visited this location twice, and it’s very mediocre. The burritos are rolled sloppily and the chicken has no flavor. For the all hype prior to grand opening, I’m very underwhelmed.

I ordered a bowl and the staff was good but when I got to the register they put a bag of chips in my order (which I didn’t order) but then I thought it came with the meal. Got home and saw on the bill no I was charged for the chips that I did NOT order. Was upset but didn’t want to drive back because then my food would be cold. They someone should have said something about the chips. It’s only $1.90 but the fact is I didn’t want them did not order them but was charged for them.

I went to this location for my first and last time last month. I’m still thinking about how upsetting this was lmao. I’ve eaten Chipotle plenty of times for years and have never been served undercooked rice. The one time I get brown rice and it was CRUNCHY. Ruined my whole meal and it went in the trash. It’s also a health hazard eating undercooked rice because you can get food poisoning. How can you undercook rice? There’s no quality control here obviously. Couldn’t go back as it was closed for the night and calling customer service/chatting did not help, they did not care and basically said no refund. 0/10, will not come here again.
