Always love the subs and wraps from Jersey Mike’s. Just tried their “Hot Italian” and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back for that one. Hopefully they make it permanent. Just wish they didn’t skimp so much on the cheese and their prices are a bit high.

Today I wanted giant tuna fish sub from Jersey Mike’s what I got was a soggy oil soaked sub with little tuna drenched in oil and mayo. The first order my son picked up was the wrong order with just lettuce and two slices of tomatoes and little tuna. Called Jersey Mike’s they said to return the first sub and they would make the correct sub. Well the second sub which was supposed to be a giant as the first resulted in two regular subs wrapped inividually.
The second sub was just as horrible as the first one they made. Highly disappointed in the presentation of the sub it seems as though the workers care less in how they make the subs. The subs I received looks like a hot mess and not at all pleasing to consume. Too much oil that had the bread soggy about one teaspoon of tuna with globs of mayo little of the fixings I wanted. This is not the Jersey Mike’s I know where employees took pride in making a great sub now all they are making is a messy oily soggy subs that shouldn’t be eaten. My last time of ordering from this location because they don’t care

I ordered online: They made me wait 15+ minutes while they took 10 or so other people’s orders. Told me multiple times that my order was being worked on when it clearly wasn’t. Whole time my sandwich was done and waiting on the counter.
The sandwich was possibly one of the worst Jersey Mikes sandwiches i’ve had. I love this place, so it’s sad to say i won’t be coming back.
I’ll bring my business to Subway instead, and that says a lot.

Jersey Mike’s never fails to deliver tasty filling submarine sandwiches at reasonable prices. When time is short and submarine sandwiches are on the menu Jersey Mike’s is the only place. Today I ordered the #17, add mushrooms and it was delicious! Will definitely return.
