We had just had dinner and walking it off when we popped into Panera Bread for dessert. They didn’t have much to choose from, because it was late. However the place was clean and staff was very helpful. We sipped on chai lattes and enjoyed cherry danish. There are lots of parking and this location is conveniently located at the UTC district, located off university parkway!

Ordered the Garden Caprese and they left the garlic aioli sauce off of my sandwich. I should have checked it there but didn’t think being the only customer in there they still capable of screwing up my order. I could not go back I was eating it on 75 driving home.

Meeting with friends and placed a pick two order times two on my app. Thought I was so smart to use my reward, only didn’t notice that I placed the order in the other store also on University Pkwy, where I was last. On realization that I wasn’t where I needed to be, the managers immediately offered to replace the order where we were. That is remarkable customer service, which I will certainly reward every chance I get…. 😉

This review is about the online website. I had these issues happen twice, the first time I had ordered online and the order was not complete. It was missing an item, and I only had noticed it when I arrived home. Today on the website I had ordered a Mitten cookie, and when I went to pick it up and I went to check to make sure that the order was correct this time. Instead of giving me the mitten cookie they gave me a pumpkin cookie when I went to tell them it wasn’t what I ordered they told me that cookie wouldn’t be available until December. Even though on the website it let me order the cookie the person who attended me told me that the cookie was the same but it is not. I ordered that cookie for my daughter and for her it had to be that cookie specifically, it’s what she wanted. If that cookie isn’t available until December then it should not be available to order on the website.

The place is pleasant to go with the family and is also prepared to go with children.
The attention is very fast and efficient.
In general, there is no waiting but it tends to be very crowded, especially during the closing hours of the shopping center.

This Panera is always so good. Food comes out quick and well made. The self checkout counters are the best thing because the menu is so large that it’s easier to choose this way, seeing pictures and calmly choosing.

My mother and I stopped after shopping for some lunch. We decided to dine in. The young lady that took our order was more interested in world affairs than us. That really became apparent when I picked up our food when our number was called and there were 2 sandwiches on each of our plates. Just a side note, when we were asked about our side preference, we were told; baguette or apple chips. CRAZY!!!!!!!!! We ordered sandwiches. We both ate and we’re not impressed with the quality. I’ve eaten at Paneras many times in the past. We took our leftovers home and I decided to eat my sandwich tonight. I include a photo of the inside of my sandwich. There is enough Turkey there for a small child. With the price of these sandwiches; I ask, what the hell. Please help me to understand how any of this is professional.

My wife and I have been longtime fans of Panera bread. We’ve been to Panera‘s all over the country. This Sarasota UTC location is one of our favorites. Atmosphere is always upbeat. Staff is friendly and they always have lots of bread and bagels in stock. Very well managed location. we live 20 minutes from this one and skip over 2 other Panera locations to come to this one.
