So I’m going to give this location 2 stars because I spent 27 dollars 2 days straight and both times I ordered, there was an issue with my food.
I ordered a big box w/pasta… And my pasta was over cooked, burned, it even looked old. It was so hard that I couldn’t eat it. Look at the photo, I should have never left their store with that. From now on, I will check my food at the counter. Now I hate writing these kinds of reviews so if they will correct the issue, I’ll give them 5 stars. But I’m not too happy about shelling out 54.00 and not being able to enjoy what I’m paying for. Probably won’t do this location anymore. I’ll give the others a try.

Chelsea Crossroads Pizza Hut: A Masterclass in Misery
My recent online order with the Chelsea Crossroads Pizza Hut was a complete failure, from the broken app to the abysmal customer service. After the app glitched and charged me for a non-existent order, I called the store. The manager was utterly unhelpful and unprofessional.
She claimed the order didn’t exist, insisted she was powerless to help, and then sarcastically told me to call headquarters. When I persisted, she promised a regional manager would call me immediately and then hung up on me. No one ever called.
This establishment not only has a faulty online system but also management that seems to have no regard for customer satisfaction. I’m now out money and have been treated with shocking disrespect. I will no longer be a customer. Steer clear of this location if you expect to be treated with a shred of decency.

We ordered a pineapple and bacon pizza and a pepperoni tonight. The pepperoni was loaded with pepperoni and the pineapple was loaded with pineapple only. No bacon. It was gross.

Placed a mobile order for pickup about an hour ahead of time. Showed up to the store and there was not a worker in sight. Someone else came in a few mins after me. We both shouted and tried to peek towards to back but no response. At this point, I’ve been in the store for at least 15 mins and I’m getting concerned that something may have happened to the worker on duty. I called Shelby co. to come for a wellness check since I had been waiting upwards of 20 mins in a store with zero workers and door unlocked. Right after I called, two women come in from the back door and when we asked what was going on she stated “I’m not on the clock.” Seriously this was so bizarre and management should be made aware. My pizza sat in the warmer for 20ish mins after I was supposed to pick up and was mediocre at best.

I order their special of the personal pan pizza along with parmesan cheese and red peppers it was about 5 of us that order everybody got what they order but me they charge me 1.25 a pc for both my co worker picked the order up and I didn’t have all of my order I have been call ing the restaurant since 12 noon today no answer but I will be up there tomorrow for my 3.00$ please believe thanks Not a happy camper cause it don’t take 2 mins to see what the phone call is about, don’t run a special if you can’t handle it

We ALWAYS wait at least double the amount of the estimated “ready” time. Sometimes it’s because they made the wrong size or it was missing a topping. One visit I’d given my name for pickup three times (while in the tiny lobby) and still watched the person working up front put my food in the warmer.
TODAY when we arrived to pick up we were told “I swear I made it, it must have been given to someone else”. Only offered additional wait time while they remake it. I’d like to comment on food quality but we’re still waiting… 40 minutes and counting after our original order time.
No breadsticks, upgrades or even apologies offered.
EDITING to add: we finally got the food home and it’s wrong, because of course it is. Our pesto pizza doesn’t have pesto sauce or the chicken sausage we added. It’s doughy and clearly not cooked through.
And they’re not answering the phone.

This is prob the worst pizza we’ve ever had! The crust was bland, pale, and had no flavor or seasonings. I’ve never seen a takeout pizza with no crust seasoning! The sauce and cheese were also flavorless. The pizza just had no taste. We normally order from Domino’s and will go back to doing so. Also our app said the order was ready and offered curbside delivery but when we arrived, you have to go inside. There is no curbside delivery. The pizza was also not ready.
