Not good. 1. You are greeted by the warm glow of a touch screen. Tag is very dirty. After placing your order, the screen prompts you for a tip?? Robot college fund? Although they were both nearly empty and not busy, the single burger and side of fries took too long for subpar fastfood. The burger looked like it was dropped from three stories up into the buns general area. While the toppings were strewn generally about the tray.
The higlight was the care with which the human employee tossed the 20oz bottle of Pepsi onto the tray, be sure to shake it well, thanks for that. The table were cleaned, maybe 7 or 8 hours ago. Every surface was sticky and stained.

Only thing good here are the shakes. The food is overpriced and the service is horrible. Not to mention that they are cashless now. How can you be a food place in a casino and not accept cash. Also, they dont have a register open for.somwone to take your order. You have to wait in line to use the 2 self order menus and wait for people to figure it out or they call over the staff to help. Was not a good experience.

Food was good but it took well over 30 minutes to get a cheese burger and chicken sandwich. Something is wrong how the orders are processed. I’m no expert but someone who is in charge should be able to correct it. I won’t be back unless improvements are made.

So our burgers are always delicious the service tho is terrible if you have one issue they brush it off like its your fault paid extra for garlic and rosemary fries gof fries with a 3 specs of rosemary probably from just being mixed in the fry container that was used before not like they added garlic or rosemary to them . So for 25$ got a burger fries not to my liking and a small side salad and was not offered extra garlic and rosemary when I said theres none on there i was told theres a few specs of rosemary ur good lmao

The burger is sub par especially for the price. Definitely DO NOT get the gyro. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had.

I had the BEST burger I have ever had in my life here. It was cooked to perfection, not a hint of pink and so juicy. The bacon and provolone chose just set it off. The rosemary fries were super good as well. I would have liked a fountain drink rather than a bottled Pepsi, but that’s a personal preference, not a gripe.

I eat here every Sunday and I have had no complaints. Grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich oreo shake old bay fries and lemon iced tea is my go to order and always perfect. And the lady who calls out numbers always crack a joke at me. Very friendly.
