This was my first visit, BUT NOT MY LAST! They were friendly and detail focused. They treated customers with jovial “Welcome’s” and “Come Again’s”. The food was fresh and delicious. They stay busy, give your order an extra 10 minutes during busy times of the day.
I highly recommend this Little Ceasars being your quick dinner spot. I ordered EMB Pepperoni and EMB Cheese pizzas .

I walked in 30 min after placing my online order. It had not been started until I arrived to the location. What I noticed on arrival was all 3 employees on their cell phone. One was texting, one was on a phone call, and another was sitting in the back not working at all. This happened at 740CST on 7/7/24. There were two women and a male working at this time. This has been very annoying as it took 5 minutes for an employee to even address me when I walked in. I’d hope the employees are better able to serve customers in the future.

I tried to call in an order for 6 pizzas. I’m currently driving so using the app is very difficult. Nothing fancy just pizzas you would find in the hot and ready container. I was told I could not place an order for 6 pizzas over the phone only 3 in case I didn’t come pick them up . I guess whoever was taking this order was not smart enough to think maybe if he doesn’t come pick them up we can put them in the hot and ready container. Oh well their loss I just hung up and called one of their competitors who was more than happy to start on those. It’s like these slacker employees have learned exactly what to say to keep from having to do their job.

This is by far the best location! There’s one in Pearl literally right up the road from my house and the other location in Brandon at Crossgates is closer but I drive the extra miles just to get to this one! Fast service, the employees don’t seem to be rude like at the Pearl store and the pizza really do be HOT AND READY! :))) Great job!

Used to come here 2times a week and get in and out. The last 3 times I came I left empty handed because nothing was ready. It was lunch time and not much time to wait. Also nobody was up front.

Would be great if the staff took comments from the customers seriously rather than getting an attitude. About a week ago I was in and bought a few pizzas to take home. I live about 20-25 minutes away so we generally re-heat them there knowing they will have gotten cold on the way. Also, we will put them in a hot/cold bag so they do not dry out as we travel. I got home and opened the box and found sugar ants in the box. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I started the conversation by stating that I did not want her to replace it or do anything as I live to far away. I just wanted to let her know about the situation. I then informed her about the ants, and she rudely replied “well then you have ants”. I then questioned why I would lie if I was not asking for a replacement? And again was told they were my ants and she was not going to do anything about it. As stated above I did not want her to do anything, I just knew as a food manager in the past I would have wanted to have known so I could check up on it. Instead the manger was just rude, and to end the call after telling her to have a nice day I was responded to with “bye” with the same lovely attitude. This is the same location that a few years ago informed me they do not accept the free pizza punch cards that I had any longer, then refused to return it so I could try it at another location. I will not be back to this location again, and I wish you could rate with 0 starts…

At the beginning I was upset because my order was wrong twice, but after getting my order right they also gave me the other pizza they messed up. I don’t usually send food back, but my child really wanted a sausage pizza so I had no choice but to send it back. The staff was nice, and just seemed to have went through a little rush.
