as a customer who understands Restaurant business, The girls in the front who answer the calls and deal with walk-ins as well as deliveries all at the same time are doing a great job! It’s not easy dealing with rude people everyday, or someone who doesn’t have patience! overall.. love the food, very clean Restaurant managers are awesome. Girls are doing a great job! Keep it up!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD. First time ordering here and last!! Ordered a few items for delivery. I added a side salad to my entree and it was not in the box. We called and told them we don’t want to inconvenience them by coming back just to drop off a salad but we will take a credit for it next time. The girl on the phone had to put us on hold multiple times because she didn’t know how to handle the situation. She said they would give us store credit. Then she said hold on and when she came back she said “the driver remembers delivering to you and said the salad was there.” I told her well I am telling you it wasn’t and she repeated it again. Mind you, this is a $1 add-on item – do you really think I’m going to lie for that? But it’s the principle. After going back and forth, she said she would give a credit for next time and I said “ok that’s fine, what’s your name?” And she said ok bye and hung up the phone on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I am almost positive she was talking to the owner each time she put me on hold so he should be ashamed of himself for allowing that. The food also was just fair and they have NO idea how to make pasta fagioli soup – it didn’t even have a tomato base at all or ditalini .. what is that!? Will not be going back and you shouldn’t either. Also, when speaking to my sister about it, she mentioned how she also would never go back either because she found hair in her food there before. STAY AWAY!!

I called Frankie G’s tonight December 20th and was put on hold the first time I called for 4 minutes and 33 seconds. I called back and was told to hold again I was on hold for 1 minute and 43 seconds. I called back after that five times and my calls were disconnected each time. I’ve been patronizing this business for years but after this tonight I decided to call someone else so I called ZiMarie’s Original Pizza, and I’m so happy Frankie G’s gave me the runaround tonight.. the girl there that answered the phone by the way was extremely rude. But anyhow I found a much much better pizzeria. You can check my reviews and see that I don’t work for nor do I solicit any positive responses for businesses, I just tell the truth. That’s tonight what I dealt with with Frankie’s was ridiculous and I’m not going to deal with this especially when I’m going to pay $20 for what amounts to something that cost them less than $3 to make. I called the next place that Google listed, Zi Marie’s and I have to be honest with you it was phenomenally better Pizza, delivered quicker, and so much better tasting. Frankie G’s can thank their nasty receptionist that kept hanging up on me for losing your customer and for trying to steer other people to a much more premium pizzeria that is as local as Frankie G’s. And this is for the owner of Frankie G’s, don’t think you’re so big that you can’t fall buddy I don’t care how busy you think you are do not treat consistent customers like I was treated tonight because they will vacate as I did and they will tell others!

I am a loyal customer that calls 1-2 times per week. At approximately 6:30 pm I called to place an order and the young lady that answered the phone was beyond rude and lack patience. And because she was so rude I asked to speak with someone else she sucked her teeth and placed me on hold . Needless to say no one ever picked up . And because of her actions I took my business elsewhere. Please educate her on the importance of customer service or you will lose several customers.

Ordered pickup yesterday. My wings were so burnt and my cheese fries with gravy were so salty I had to throw out everything. My husband ordered a panini and got a wrap.
We have been ordering here for over a year and this was the worst it’s ever been. I don’t understand how they can give customers food like this.

Stopped in for dinner tonight and ordered the beer battered fish fry it was delicious! Our server Alicia was truly amazing, she was attentive and very personable and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be coming back.

Order thru DoorDash so can’t comment on atmosphere but the pizza is EXCELLENT the fries are crispy, tasty annd plentiful and the chicken francese sub sammy was sublime. Excited to try the buffalo wings next. A true hidden gem!

Sorry tonight Friday 12/19 the pizza was delivered cold two pieces were folded over at the top with cheese falling apart from the pizza when separating it.
The Chicken wings were old burnt and looked reheated like it had been leftovers from someone’s plate /dinner 37.00 dollars for what 40.00 rounding off!!! I thought Charlies pizza was bad enough tired of their surprises too so I tried this Frankie pizza no more quality food or service now days. People just don’t give a flying anymore!
