The owner Daniel was very nice and gave us extra food. However the ribs were almost jerky like and very dry. It helped to have extra sauce added with the meal. The chicken was not very fresh either. It’s an okay place but nothing stellar. Looking forward to trying it again to see if there’s something better on the menu.

Heard rave reviews about this place from friends and decided to see if it is worth the hype. I can say without a doubt it was. The Nomad BBQ Smokehouse is hands-down the best place for BBQ/burgers in Magna. The staff was friendly, quick, and I could tell they were actually passionate about what they were cooking. I highly recommend their Nomad Burger. I got mine with the extra roasted jalapenos and mushrooms option. The roasted Jalapenos and mushrooms were rolled into the meat patty and on top. The jalapenos were de-seeded perfectly to add the smokey flavor to the burger, but not all the burn. This burger was so good I had one for lunch and brought my wife back to have one for dinner in the same day!

It was alright. The mashed potatoes were really good and the brisket had a beautiful smoke ring. However it took 45 minutes to get us our food and nothing was warm. I would be willing to give it another chance but not anytime soon.

The brisket was delicious with a nice savory, homestyle flavor. The customer service here is outstanding, and the 4-section menu makes for a large variety of choices. Would recommend to friends and family as a must-try in the SLC area.

Wasn’t sure at first. They had a new system and there was a few hiccups ordering. But the food is AMAZING! Delicious veggies, mashed potatoes and mac. I regret not getting the hush puppies now…and the meats are excellent. (Obviously we just ordered from Nomads menu) Definitely would recommend and return!

Awsome brisket!!! The smoke was strong but not over powering and the sauce was perfect! Chicken was exactly how I like it (nice crispy skin) and the customer service is beyond top shelf!!

Loved everything about the place. The food was great and the customer service was just as good. The owner came out and introduced him self even showed us his smoker out back. You could tell he’s proud of his food.

Just ordered a cut pork sandwich. It was awsome. Smoke was subtle and the sauce was smooth. Very good. Best small time bbq I’ve had since my buddy’s house. Gotta try it.
