Bomb taco shop and close to home. We have been coming here for 7 years. The name just changed, but the owners are the same family. Wonderful folks… Super burrito top notch, adobada mini tacos, hot Cheetos burrito. Enchiladas, pollo quesadilla… and my whole families favorites are all the breakfast burritos! Best spot in La Mesa.

Im a big Carne Asada Burrito lover and a connoisseur, the perfect burritos are here and trust me, well balanced, Pico the gallo, the meat is well seasoned, good amount of avocado and the burritos are big, worth every penny.
I tried other Taco Shops around the area and none satisfied my taste, this one specifically lived up the name the best Carne Asada Burritos!

Excellent high quality consistent Mexican food. Food isn’t greasy, the carne asada is not dry or over seasoned and the cheese is always melted. To top it all off the customer service is fantastic.

i work very close to here and over the last year and half they have always been so kind, so hospitable and so quick! it didn’t take long for them to remember my various orders and sauce preferences, and that’s service you don’t see very often. i will always recommend this place for a quick bite in la mesa 🙂

Quick solid hole in the wall for Mexican takeout! We live in the neighborhood and can say they’re very consistent – good quality and always 10 minutes lol. Our favorites – Birria quesadilla is so tender and comforting, California burrito is stuffed full (think it’s carne asada, guacamole, fries, sour cream, pico), carne asada fries or chimichanga are huge portions that hit the spot when I’m really hungry. Their salsas are thin consistency and medium spicy id say.

This place is AMAZING!!! The La Mesa location is next-level—the customer service is unmatched! You can tell it’s family-owned because everyone is so genuine. The oldest son was running the register, and he went out of his way to turn on the fans and clean off a table for us right in front of them. He even shared the story behind their restaurant and catering business, which made the experience even more special.
And the food? Absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and top quality! Don’t sleep on this spot—it’s THAT good, from the people to the food to the whole vibe.

The best mini tacos ever in La Mesa so fresh and falling. I also called and they said only 10 mins until my order will be ready I love that !! Customer service wonderful . Also got free tortilla chips.

Probably one of the worst taco shops. I tried the Breakfast Sandwich and normally would expect a regular sandwich. Not even close, I can not believe that I got a 6.70$ plus tax 8$ in total breakfast sandwich that’s so small. I could have went to Jack in the box and order 2 for 8$. This is crazy. It didn’t even had Mayo. I literally thought it was a pancake when I opened. I ordered a burrito last time and it wasn’t great.

Not good. Poor customer service by the young guy with tattoo on arm. Very cold, no thank you, no personality. The burrito was a 3 out of 10, no beans, no rice, all carne asada with some guacamole and pico de gallo :/ and too pricey at around $13-$14. Wont be coming back. The food had zero presentation served next to some cold tortilla chips
