When i went there, it’s still half an hour left and I asked just fries from them and the excuse they give to me is that they out of fries, literally. Ordered at the kiosk and brought my food a short distance home. WORST FOOD I have ever gotten at Taco Bell. Paid for the burritos to have extra sauce and extra cheese, which they barely had, but most importantly the beans were SO DRY that I chose to throw them away rather than eat them. You can see from the picture how crumbly the beans are.

We ORDERED taco supremes but just GOT regular tacos. Sprite had NO SYRUP added and was just sparkling water. We also asked for taco sauce but NONE was in the bag. They also didn’t have items in stock like the Doritos locos tacos, lettuce, and even nacho cheese. Like I know this sounds crazy and maybe we are over exaggerating, but these things really happened.

Horrible customer service. I ordered at the Kiosk as I had no choice. Although it was showing on my bank account, they did not show my order my grandson’s a diabetic, and I had already given him his insulin since I expected the food soon since no one else was there when I asked them to please give him his two tacos while we figure it out. They did not even when I explained to them that it could kill him if he didn’t eat to take care of the insulin that I had given him. After all of that, the amount of food was small and didn’t even taste good. The lack of humanity still has me surprised.

The manager doesn’t seem to know much and seems to get overwhelmed in a lunch rush. When asked how to use kiosk, app or an update on your order she responds ” I don’t know” The staff is excellent they tried to help the angry customers. Multiple families walked out angry and hungry. I understand the new era of kiosk is at large but still a simple briefing on how to use makes it easier. Honestly I think it was better when the orders were taken by staff. Now you place an order and don’t even know if you are going to eat. You stand at the register to get a response but the awkward no eye contact makes it unwelcoming. Taco Bell really your customers should leave happy and full . Not just a full register.

There are bad locations, there are really bad locations, and there is this one. I am embarrassed as the rest of you to eat at Taco Bell, but I acknowledge that some of their offerings are unique such as their Mexican Pizza. Is it authentic? Yeah. They created it. You want street tacos? Go to one of the hundreds of street vendors. Some of us like Taco Bell. Anyway, if you must have it, go to the Riverside location on 5587 Arlington Ave. That’s the best Taco Bell. This one here in Fontana is a gamble and will leave you running for the border.
