Great little sandwich shop. Several tables to eat in or take out. Delicious sandwiches at a good price. My favorite is The Frederick. This is our lunch go to in downtown Frederick. Also parking is usually available on street at a meter near the shop. A special shout out to the young man who keeps this place spotless. From the bathroom to the tables to the kitchen, this place is super clean!

The food here is amazing. I had the “Four Sisters” on marbled rye bread and it was delicious. It’s a quiet shop with great food. If you don’t try this place, you should be slapped in the face in front of your mom, and apologize for wasting your existence.

Absolutely worth a visit (and another one and another one!) Hubby got the Smith Mountain and I got the Havanna, each sandwich comes with a side (drink is separate/extra). The pricing, portion, and of course taste were all great. The shop is easy to spot, metered street parking is available, and it’s location in the downtown area is awesome (near to the Creek). We chose dine-in and the seating area was def a vibe (see pics). Place is clean, well lit, menu is clear and available outside the store, inside above the counter and also on paper. The customer service was good, staff were polite and attentive. Now I got a sandwich spot.

We stopped in to get a couple sandwiches. Got the Philly, the ham n cheese, and the chicken salad.
The sourdough bread was really good and cooked to perfection. The sandwiches were still nice and crispy after 20 minutes in a clam shell.
Overall everything was great. The ham n cheese might be the winner, but the Philly gets an honerable mention.

My wife and I stopped in for a bite during our vacation, and this place was great! If you have a hunger for a great tasting sandwich then this is the place! I got the “Loaded Chicken” which had Housemade chicken salad, Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato on toasted Sourdough- and it was perfect from first bite to the last. My wife got the “Southwest” which had roasted turkey, pepperjack cheese, jalapeño ranch dressing, lettuce, and pico de gallo on a fresh baked sub roll- spicy goodness! The staff were pleasant and the place was clean. They have a great selection of hot and cold sandwiches to choose from, so when you are in town and need some great food, definitely swing by and grab a bite.

Came highly recommended. A gem for sure! The day I went in was chilly and rainy. Had the Cancun sandwich. It absolutely hit the spot. Was a nice and hot grilled sandwich and plenty of substance to it. Just added seating area, I learned. Next time I’m in the area, I’m definitely going again.

This is one of my all-time favorite sandwich spots!! The employees provide a great service, which is why the most recent review about their poor service surprises me. My to-go order is a Cancun with a side of macaroni salad! The exceptional service and food keep me coming back!

Great hole in the wall local place. Great food, great staff, great vibes. Pictured is the club sandwich which was great, would order again. The menu has a great spread of variety in flavor profiles. Sides are quite small in portion but sandwich is good size. I also posted pics of the menu, price is pretty middle of the road. Sitting for about 10 max.

Delicious!!! I went here this AM after a Dr. apt because I was craving a Cuban on National Cubano Day. I got here at 10am which is a crazy time for lunch but the shop is 30 minutes from my house I didn’t want to have to drive back. Service was excellent and friendly. Food is yummy I will def be driving 30 minutes to come back! I got the half sandwich but wishing I’d gotten the full size because it was so good. For the negative review that said the person they dealt with didn’t listen to them, I hope it wasn’t the gentleman who served me today. He was deaf and wore a hearing aid. I saw this upon entering the shop so I spoke clearly and slowly. The woman who came in after me was speaking quickly asking about a few different items. he pointed to his hearing aid and then handed her a pen and paper. This system seemed to work just fine! To the other negative review that talked about how much meat he had piled high on a New York deli sandwich in comparison… well that’s just it, this is not a New York deli nor do they claim to be. But most people don’t want a sandwich that’s so big they can’t get their mouths around it or that they have so much extra they end up throwing it away! There were No issues with the toasting of the bread either. You can see from my photo that it was perfect. There’s barely any sandwich left because I almost forgot to take a photograph of it before I finish devouring it.
